Premier League Week 3 Fixtures: EPL TV Schedule, Live Stream and Picks
Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur will go head-to-head in Week 3 of the 2016-17 Premier League season, a big early-season test for two clubs with major ambitions.
Spurs will feature in this year's UEFA Champions League and will be determined to once again push for a top-four finish in England, the same goal Liverpool likely set out for themselves at the start of the season.
Unbeaten Hull City and Manchester United will also square off, while Arsenal travel to Watford and Chelsea host Burnley.

Preview

Both Liverpool and Tottenham have already dropped points early in the 2016-17 campaign and could use a big result in Week 3 to find some momentum and start moving in the right direction.
The Reds conceded three goals in a spectacular win over Arsenal before losing to Burnley, and based on those two contests, it's safe to say manager Jurgen Klopp's troops are still searching for their best form.
Per Neil Jones of the Liverpool Echo, the German coach confirmed he won't have a full squad to work with for the trip to White Hart Lane, and both Divock Origi and Emre Can, who picked up knocks in the cup win over Burton Albion, likely won't be available.
"We need to wait a little bit. With Emre there is nothing really serious in the ankle, but it is his ankle where he had a few problems in the past," Klopp said. "It should not be long, but maybe not for the Tottenham game. It’s the same with Divock, it’s not serious. There are different levels of cramp."
Can in particular is a major asset for the Reds, who have struggled defensively early in the season and could use his ability to shield the back line. In attack, Liverpool should be fine, but their defence remains a work in progress.
Harry Kane may not have started the new campaign in blistering form, but Spurs have the scoring potential to hurt even the best defensive units the league has to offer. Fortunately for Liverpool, this statistic from SuperSport suggests the England international is always a slow starter, a good omen for Week 3:
Elsewhere, Hull will put their unbeaten streak on the line against similarly perfect Manchester United. Both teams have conceded just one goal through the first two weeks of the season, and for the Red Devils, the trip will be a fine early test.
The Tigers aren't exactly world beaters, but so far they've impressed with solid, organised defending and a surprising amount of explosiveness when attacking on the counter.
For the Red Devils, striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic could make history if he finds the net against Hull, continuing his remarkable start to his Premier League career, via the club's official Twitter account:
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has guided his side to two wins out of two matches to start the season, needing some late heroics in both contests to do so. The Blues should like their chances of winning a third in a row, although the Clarets already showed they can hang with the top clubs in England in their win over Liverpool.
Arsenal will chase their first win of the season at Watford, who could be boosted by the arrival of former Juventus star Roberto Pereyra:
The Argentinian isn't expected to start for the Hornets but could make an impact off the bench, a role he's used to from his time with the Bianconeri.
Manchester City will host West Ham United and will hope the Hammers' shock UEFA Europa League at the hands of Astra Giurgiu has a lingering effect that carries over until Sunday.
