Kane Hoping to Find His Spurs
While some of the Premier League's superstar strikers have had no issue in finding their feet this term, it hasn't been the case for Tottenham Hotspur talisman Harry Kane, who is still to find the net this season.
It was summer signing Victor Wanyama—hardly the most prolific of players—who ultimately saved Spurs' blushes en route to Saturday's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, and Squawka detailed the extent of Kane's rut:
Manager Mauricio Pochettino's side host Liverpool on Saturday, but Reds podcaster Jack Sear testified to the Reds needing improvements also after they lost 2-0 at Burnley at the weekend:
Spurs have now scored twice in their opening two games of the season and are attempting to help Kane find his groove alongside new attacking partner Vincent Janssen.
The same could be said for Liverpool attacker Daniel Sturridge following Saturday's embarrassing defeat at Turf Moor, and the Reds will collide against Spurs at White Hart Lane as the two sides seek a more clinical edge from their assets.
Sunderland March to Saints

A disappointing 2-1 defeat at home to Middlesbrough on Sunday dredged up a lot of familiar problems for Sunderland fans, most of which relate to converting chances in front of goal.
Despite boasting 18 shots to Boro's eight, per WhoScored.com, the Black Cats were unable to save face in their derby clash, and Match of the Day host Gary Lineker attested to their knack for slow league starts:
Fortunately for Moyes' men, Southampton are also coming off a loss as they prepare to host Sunderland on Saturday, although Claude Puel believed his side nevertheless played "good football" in their 2-0 defeat at Manchester United:
The Saints will have the advantage of two days more rest than Sunderland considering it was on Friday evening they made their trip to Old Trafford, but Moyes' side promise to be far easier opponents.
It's been almost two years since the Saints dismantled Sunderland 8-0 in an October 2014 league meeting at St. Mary's Stadium, and while replicating that result may be off the cards, Southampton still carry a big favourites tag.
