UK Back Pages: Chelsea Plot £90M Swoop for Everton's Romelu Lukaku, John Stones

Manager Antonio Conte's rebuilding project with Chelsea may begin in Liverpool.

That, at least, is according to a rumour in Star Sport claiming the Blues will conduct a staggering £90 million raid of Everton for former player Romelu Lukaku and defender John Stones.

Everton are making headlines in the Mirror as well, as the paper reported that only an FA Cup win could save Roberto Martinez's job at Goodison Park—though Bleacher Report's Dean Jones reports otherwise.
