Premier League Fixtures: Live Stream, TV Schedule and Week 34 EPL Predictions

Rob BlanchetteApr 15, 2016

The games come thick and fast this week as the Premier League rushes to its conclusion, with Leicester City standing on the edge of history at the summit of England's top division.

The Foxes only need four more wins to establish an unassailable lead at the top to complete the most unlikely run to the title in history, as Tottenham Hotspur sit seven points behind in second spot.

A total of 15 fixtures are crammed into Week 34 as the remaining games are quickly played out to discover the final positions.

Fortunately for Leicester, the leaders are not forced to play additional matches this week, whereas the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City must double up against tough opposition as they both look to keep their slim title chances alive.

Hammers Hope to Puncture Foxes' Title Procession

SUNDERLAND, UNITED KINGDOM - APRIL 10: Nathan Dyer and Jamie Vardy of Leicester City walk on the pitch with team mates prior to the Barclays Premier League match between Sunderland and Leicester City at the Stadium of Light on April 10, 2016 in Sunderlan

If Leicester had not performed to the incredible standard they have achieved this term, it's likely eyes would be firmly on West Ham United in the closing games as they battle for the final UEFA Champions League position with Manchester's big two.

Manager Slaven Bilic has transformed the east Londoners into a daring outfit who have entertained English football fans throughout their magnificent campaign.

Dimitri Payet has proved himself to be one of the top flair players in England, and his performances have only been matched by the Leicester contingent who top the table.

N'golo Kante, Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez have all been nominated for the PFA Player of the Year Award and are joined by Payet on the shortlist of names that would have appeared unlikely last summer.

All four are likely to be aggressively chased by bigger clubs in the next transfer window after proving their potency and consistency in 2015-16.

Vardy's story has already been planned to become a feature film after the attacker's meteoric rise to fame this season, as reported by Jacob Stolworthy of the Independent.

Vardy's 29 goals this season, per WhoScored.com, have carried Leicester to the brink of the Premier League crown, and his contribution has been essential under coach Claudio Ranieri.

The happy Hammers currently lie sixth in the table and need to close a five-point deficit to catch fourth-placed Manchester City, but with West Ham out of the FA Cup—and City busy in the Champions League—there's every chance the Sky Blues will prioritise European competition over domestic.

Despite the Upton Park outfit's ambitions, they will be second favorites when they travel to the King Power Stadium on Sunday.

Leicester know they only need to match their very recent form to waltz away with the championship, and consistency has been their calling card through 2015-16.

The Foxes deserve the title this season, and they have proven themselves to be the best team in the country despite being bottom of the table for much of last term.
