Premier League Fixtures: EPL Week 28 Schedule, Tickets and Score Predictions
Fresh from Sunday's Capital One Cup triumph over Liverpool, Manchester City will look to down the Reds once more on Wednesday as the English powerhouses duel again in Week 28 of the Premier League campaign.
Reserve goalkeeper Willy Caballero was the hero for Manuel Pellegrini's side at Wembley, but City won't have a penalty shootout at Anfield to save their blushes in midweek when they look to reignite their league season.

Reds Seek Quick Recovery in Manchester City Rematch

It was a cruel blow for Liverpool to limp away from Sunday's Capital One Cup defeat after coming within a whisker of glory only for it to be snatched away by the safe hands of City stopper Caballero.
But Reds chief Klopp has given all the right responses in wake of such a disappointing loss and ensured fans that his players would be "idiots" if they failed to hit back, per the Mirror's Jack Lang:
"We feel down but now we have to stand up. Only silly idiots stay on the floor and wait for the next defeat. We will strike back. We have felt how it is to lose. It is not the best moment but on Monday morning maybe we can change everything.
We will go on and we will get better. We have to work really hard, carry on and there is light at the end of the tunnel. This is important.
"
In some ways, that makes Wednesday's meeting with City the ideal fixture; the same opposition Klopp's men have studied in detail these past few weeks come to Anfield this time around.
The Merseysiders will hope centre-back Mamadou Sakho is fit to feature after a head injury saw him withdrawn early on Sunday, and with Dejan Lovren and Martin Skrtel injured, Lucas Leiva deputised in defence.
But the Brazilian emerged as something of a revelation in central defence, even earning the praise of ex-Republic of Ireland and Manchester United star defender Paul McGrath:
Leiva could be asked to start in defence again in midweek, and he'll be expected to replicate the performance that largely held the likes of Sergio Aguero and former Red Raheem Sterling at bay.
Klopp will also hope goalkeeper Simon Mignolet's trajectory continues on an upward slope, with the Belgian having responded tremendously to his early howler against the Citizens to save Liverpool's skin more than once.
North Londoners Chasing Foxes' Tail

It's been a rare sight to see Tottenham and Arsenal chasing this season's title almost hand-in-hand, and even rarer to see Spurs in second at this stage, three points above the Gunners following Sunday's results.
Arsene Wenger's men fell 3-2 at Old Trafford in a performance Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness said "bordered on a joke," leaving third-placed Arsenal five points behind league leaders Leicester:
"Man Utd deserved to win the game. They were better at the front and the back—the areas that matter.
It was tippy-tappy football from Arsenal - they had 60 per cent of possession but were going nowhere. Arsenal today bordered on being a joke for me.
You turn up here, you're playing a Manchester United side struggling with injuries, introducing young players, low on confidence and you're thinking it's tailor-made for a proper team to come here and do a number on an under-strength Man Utd and they didn't.
"
Spurs, meanwhile, managed to keep the pressure on the Foxes after Nacer Chadli and Danny Rose steered them to a 2-1 comeback victory over Swansea City, whom Arsenal host this Wednesday.
The Gunners will feel confident about their chances, but while Spurs' trip to West Ham the same evening looks a more daunting prospect, they have the chance to make history with a win, per Sky Sports Statto:
"Tottenham have won 6 successive PL games, equalling their record in the competition set by Harry Redknapp’s team in December 2011
— Sky Sports Statto (@SkySportsStatto) February 28, 2016"
The opportunity to extend their record Premier League winning streak provides further evidence to the notion that head coach Mauricio Pochettino is leading his club to bigger and better things, while we're seeing more of the same from Arsenal.
Another campaign spent wondering whether Arsenal have stagnated under Wenger and whether they are capable of winning the Premier League, while Spurs' horizons continue to broaden.
