Defending champions Barcelona continue their pursuit of a second consecutive Champions League title on Tuesday when they travel to north London to face Arsenal in the first leg of their last-16 tie.
Bayern Munich are also back in action against 2014-15 runners-up Juventus, while Manchester City travel to Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday.
PSV Eindhoven will look to claim a lead in the tie from their home clash against Atletico Madrid, but Diego Simeone's side have substantially more quality in their ranks.

Arsenal vs. Barcelona
Barcelona's recent record against Arsenal in the Champions League is excellent.
The two sides met at the quarter-final stage in 2010 and the round of 16 in 2011, and both times Barca prevailed in the tie, winning 6-3 and 4-3 on aggregate, respectively.
The Blaugrana also beat the Gunners in the 2006 Champions League final.
Based on recent form, Luis Enrique's side are heavy favourites to again knock Arsene Wenger's side out of Europe's premier club competition.
Barca have not been beaten in any competition since early October, an unbeaten run of 32 consecutive matches.
Arsenal could only hold Hull City to a 0-0 draw in their FA Cup tie on Saturday, but they have picked up some decent results of late, including a 2-1 victory over Premier League leaders Leicester City.
Wenger can draw confidence for Tuesday's clash from the fact that in neither of their recent ties against Barca did Arsenal lose the home leg. They claimed a 2-2 draw at the Emirates Stadium in 2010 and a 2-1 victory in 2011.
A win is an absolute must for the Gunners on Tuesday if they are to have any chance of winning the tie after the Camp Nou leg, but almost as important will be preventing Barca from claiming an away goal.
This will be some ask given that Barca's front three of Neymar, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez is arguably the best of all time, per Bleacher Report's Sam Tighe:
But it is surely a necessity, and Wenger may even be inclined to treat Tuesday's match as an away clash by looking to contain Barca and catch the La Liga giants on the break.
Even then, though, keeping out Neymar, Suarez and Messi for 90 minutes is a huge task, and not necessarily one that Arsenal's defence is up to—Per Mertesacker could be found wanting against Barca's pace.
Given the quality Barca have shown in the last few months, they will surely have enough to take a lead back to the Camp Nou for the second leg.
Prediction: Arsenal 1-2 Barcelona
Juventus vs. Bayern Munich
Arguably the tie of the round, Juventus and Bayern are two of the form teams in Europe.
Both are top of their respective leagues, with Juve's draw at Bologna on Friday ending a 15-match winning run in Serie A.
Meanwhile, Bayern have lost only once all season in the Bundesliga and most recently beat Darmstadt 3-1, with Thomas Muller netting twice, the second an absolute beauty, per BT Sport Football:
Juve reached last season's final where they were beaten by Barca, while Bayern manager Pep Guardiola will be looking to add another Champions League to his trophy cabinet before he joins Manchester City in the summer.
The last time Massimiliano Allegri's side lost at the Juventus Stadium was back in August during a poor start to their 2015-16 league campaign.
They look a much more confident side now, though, and Bayern will be hard pressed to return to Germany with a lead.
However, a draw could well be on the cards, with Carlo Ancelotti—former Juve boss and soon-to-be Bayern manager—previously suggesting the tie is too close to call, per Goal (via Gazzetta World):
"It will be a balanced duel. Juve are going through a particularly positive run at the moment, as they have won 15 consecutive matches in the league and currently sit top.
But Bayern is Bayern, and they have a lot of quality in their squad and can concentrate on the Champions League. They will be very balanced. The second leg in Munich will be decisive.
"
Bayern's home form is hugely impressive, the Darmstadt victory confirming a record in the Bundesliga, per Squawka:
As such, Juve will be desperate to take a lead with them to the Allianz Arena so they can play for a draw that will see them through to the quarter-finals.
However, given Bayern's strengths, they should be able to claim the edge going into the second leg.
Prediction: Juventus 1-1 Bayern Munich
