College Football's Most Important Offers of the Week
One of the more versatile athletes in the 2017 cycle is 3-star tight end Logan Rudolph.
The 6'4", 225-pounder has amassed more than 30 offers heading into the spring, and he has the ability to also play linebacker or defensive end in college.
The latest powerhouse to jump into the mix for the talented South Carolina product is Notre Dame, who offered him last week.
As detailed by Tom Loy of 247Sports, Rudolph was surprised to learn of the interest from the Irish.
“They followed me today on Twitter, so I knew they were obviously interested, but I didn’t know the offer was going to come as soon as it did,” Rudolph told Loy. “I’m definitely excited. It’s an awesome program with so much good history, and it’s a great opportunity to have.”
The in-state South Carolina Gamecocks were the last program to receive a visit from Rudolph, but his schedule is about to get a little more hectic.
Loy noted that Rudolph has plans to take a visit to South Bend after upcoming trips to see Florida, Florida State and Tennessee in the coming weeks.
If his plans to visit materialize, Notre Dame could become a bigger factor in his recruitment moving forward.
Penn State Offers Son of Michigan State Legend

One of the top legacy recruits in the 2017 cycle is 4-star receiver Hunter Rison, whose father, Andre, was a star pass-catcher at Michigan State and in the NFL.
The younger Rison, who has already backed off an early pledge to his father's alma mater, picked up an offer from fellow Big Ten power Penn State last week.

Among the other programs who have offered the 5'11", 183-pounder are Alabama, Ohio State, Oregon, Texas A&M and UCLA.
Miami Offers 2017 Big 12 QB Pledge
IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, is home to a number of national prospects in the 2017 cycle, one of whom is new quarterback transfer Kellen Mond.
Mond, a Baylor pledge originally from San Antonio, received an offer from ACC power Miami last week.
The 6'2 ½", 201-pounder has been committed to the Bears since June of last year.
Mond is the nation's No. 6 dual-threat passer and the No. 117 player overall in the 2017 cycle.
Oklahoma CB Lands 7 Offers
Only a handful of players are lucky to land more than three offers in a week.
Last week, 4-star corner Justin Broiles landed seven from programs located in the Big Ten, Pac-12 and the SEC.
Arizona State, Auburn, Missouri, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt all tendered the 6'0", 175-pounder out of Oklahoma. The spree doubled his list of suitors to 14.
Broiles, who is the nation's No. 21 corner and No. 192 player overall in the 2017 cycle, also took visits to Florida and Miami last weekend.
