Warriors' Harrison Barnes Creates NYC Treasure Hunt for Fans

Part-time game-winning shooter, part-time...treasure hunt-creating Riddler?

While the Warriors have fully embarked upon a much larger-scale quest of their own, Harrison Barnes has endeavored to keep Dub Nation in on the action.

Typically, No. 40's #HBQuests, which have fans follow a series of clues and complete a set of tasks for a chance at a reward (see, for example, "The Forgetful Electrician"), are restricted to the Golden State.

In anticipation of his and his teammates' duel Sunday with the New York Knicks, however, Barnes partnered with Hypeist to give his riddles a Big Apple twist.

Among the lucrative items up for grabs were a pair of tickets to the game, a meet-and-greet with Barnes, a copy of NBA 2K16 and a couple of NY Red Bulls jerseys. 

As you might expect, it was a hit.

So, will the scavenging opportunities continue to present themselves on the road? Faraway Warriors fans can only hope.
