EPL Table: Updated 2015 Standings, Top Scorers After Saturday's Week 17 Results
Everton's Romelu Lukaku won his personal duel with Leicester City's Jamie Vardy to take a step closer to this season's top-scorer award in the Premier League.
Lukaku kept pace with Leicester's other prolific talisman, winger Riyad Mahrez, but it wasn't enough to send the Toffees on their way to a vital win over the table-toppers.
It was also a day when Chelsea got back to winning ways in their first game since Jose Mourinho's dismissal. Meanwhile, Manchester United were stunned at home by newly promoted Norwich City. Aston Villa got a point, but their survival campaign needs so much more.

Romelu Lukaku, 13 Goals
Lukaku just can't stop scoring this season. His equaliser at Goodison Park kept up his prolific run, a stretch detailed by WhoScored.com:
Lukaku is putting his name in the club's history books this season, as Sky Sports Statto noted:
The beefy Belgian's immense potential has been unlocked by the expansive brand of football preached by manager Roberto Martinez. On the Spaniard's watch, Lukaku has license to roam, attack the flanks and link with attacking midfielders.
It's brought out the best in the one-time Chelsea prodigy.
Riyad Mahrez, 13 Goals
Before Lukaku struck, Mahrez had put the Foxes in front from the penalty spot. Sky Sports Statto described how dominant he's been on his travels this season:
Mahrez's partnership with Vardy has fired Leicester to the summit of the table. Their pace and movement make the Foxes a constant menace on the break.
The combination served to put Everton to the sword in the second half. A slalom Vardy run won another penalty that Mahrez was happy to convert.
Squawka detailed how effective Mahrez has been in the attacking third this season:
With these two ripping up defences, there's no end in sight for Leicester's remarkable run.
The likes of Manchester United and Everton can only hope for that sort of form. United were limp at Old Trafford, struggling to pose any attacking threat, and the pressure has now increased on under-fire boss Louis van Gaal.
He's now seen his side slip out of the top four after Harry Kane fired Tottenham Hotspur in front at Southampton. The goal not only added a flourish to Kane's 100th appearance for Spurs, it was also his 10th in as many games, according to BBC Sport's Phil Dawkes.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa earned a point at Newcastle United thanks to a splendid equaliser from Jordan Ayew, after Fabricio Coloccini had given the Magpies the lead.
While any point is welcome for the bottom club, Remi Garde's men really need wins rather than draws.
