Recap

Manchester United will have to win their final match of the 2015 UEFA Youth League in December to qualify for the next round of the tournament following Wednesday's embarrassing 5-0 loss at the hands of PSV.

The Dutch side dominated from start to finish and were already up by three goals at half-time, courtesy of Albert Gudmundsson, Ramon-Pascal Lundqvist and Dirk Abels. Even Manchester United's official Twitter account admitted the hosts were thoroughly outplayed:

Sam Lammers and Joey Konings put the final score on the board, as PSV jumped over United into second place in the standings, tied with Wolfsburg on points. The Dutch side will play CSKA on the final matchday, while the Red Devils will travel to Wolfsburg.

The winner of Group B will go straight to the round of 16 of the UEFA Youth League, while the runners-up will enter a play-off where they'll face one of the teams who qualified through the domestic-champions path.

Real Madrid booked their spot to the next round of the competition with a 6-2 win over Shakhtar Donetsk, as midfielder Cristian Cedres scored a hat-trick. Cedres was the player whose car was attacked by fans just a few days ago, but he responded in the best of ways, per the Daily Mirror's Ed Malyon.

Star forward Borja Mayoral also bagged a brace, and Jose Carlos Lazo completed the scoring.

Manchester City suffered their first loss in this year's competition to Juventus in Turin as star midfielder Grigoris Kastanos gave the hosts a two-goal lead and City couldn't bridge the gap, despite a late push for goal.

Thierry Ambrose brought the Citizens back within one with a smart header in injury time, but the visitors couldn't find a second goal. Here's a look at Ambrose's header, via BT Sport Football:

City had already qualified for the next round entering the match, and the team will keep hold of the top spot in Group D thanks to Borussia Monchengladbach's 2-2 draw against Sevilla.

Atletico Madrid and Benfica have been the class of Group C, and nothing changed on Wednesday, as the two teams combined for nine goals in easy wins over Galatasaray and Astana, respectively.

Toni Moya stole the show for the Spanish giants with a smart brace, and Roberto Nunez became the UEFA Youth League's all-time top scorer with a strike in injury time, per the competition's official Twitter account:

Over in Kazakhstan, Benfica put five past Astana, with Jose Gomes and Ricardo Araujo both netting twice and Chingizkhan Assylkhanuly scoring an own-goal.

Wolfsburg beat CSKA Moscow 2-1, and PSG cruised to a 3-0 win over Malmo.
