NFL Week 12 Betting Odds: Packers, Eagles, Cowboys Thanksgiving Favorites
Three intriguing games will kick off Week 12 of the NFL season on Thanksgiving, capped by an NFC North matchup between the Chicago Bears (4-6) and Green Bay Packers (7-3) in prime time.
The Bears are nine-point road underdogs at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark against the Packers, who snapped a three-game losing streak and jumped into a tie with the Minnesota Vikings (7-3) atop the division by beating them 30-13 last Sunday.
Chicago had earned all four of its wins in the team’s previous six games before losing 17-15 to the Denver Broncos (8-2) as a 2.5-point home underdog last week. The Bears got off to an 0-3 start, including a 31-23 loss to Green Bay as six-point home dogs in the season opener.

They hope to have wide receiver Alshon Jeffery back after he missed the game against the Broncos due to a groin injury. The Packers are 9-1 against the spread in the past 10 meetings and 6-2 ATS in their last eight divisional games.
The other two games on Thursday are interesting as well, but for different reasons. The Detroit Lions (3-7) have won their last two games and play the first game of the day versus the Philadelphia Eagles (4-6), who have lost two in a row.
The Eagles will likely have quarterback Sam Bradford (concussion, shoulder) back and need a victory to stay in the NFC East race. They are one-point road favorites while the Lions are just 1-10 ATS in their previous 11 games after earning consecutive wins.
Detroit is also 1-7 straight-up and 2-6 ATS in the past eight meetings with Philadelphia, according to the Odds Shark NFL Database.
The most important Thanksgiving Day game, though, will take place in Dallas, where the Cowboys (3-7) will host the unbeaten Carolina Panthers (10-0). The Cowboys improved to 3-0 with quarterback Tony Romo under center following a 24-14 road victory against the Miami Dolphins (4-6) last week.
They lost seven in a row without Romo due to a broken collarbone he suffered in Week 2 and will look to win their sixth straight over the Panthers, going 5-0 SU and 4-1 ATS in the last five games between the teams.
Dallas opened as a one-point home underdog, but the matchup has since dropped to a pick'em at some sportsbooks and to the Cowboys being favored by one point at others.
