Giants-Cowboys: New York Spoils Jerry Jones and Dallas' Big Night
I can sum up what the record-breaking NFL crowd in Dallas meant for the home Cowboys in one word: nothing.
The New York football Giants beat their hated rivals 33-31 on a last second 37-yard field goal by Lawrence Tynes.
The Giants defense propelled them to victory by forcing four turnovers, including a interception return for a touchdown by free agent rookie Bruce Johnson. It marked the second week in a row the Giants "D" made its impact on the scoreboard.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Cowboys followed that play up with a fumble on the ensuing kickoff that set up another New York field goal. Seventeen of the 20 first half points scored by the Giants were off turnovers.
The Giants' passing game just keeps silencing the critics. Eli Manning had a great game with 330 yards and two touchdowns, both 22-yard plays to Mario Manningham and Steve Smith.
Manningham and Smith had career days and exposed the Dallas secondary all day. Super Mario had 10 catches for 150 yards and one touchdown. He is everything the fans and organization expected and much, much more.
To say his development is exciting is an understatement. It was widely regarded that he dropped to the third round because of character issues, but so far, so good for the Giants—looks like they found yet another gem in the draft.
Smith had 10 catches for 134 yards and a touchdown. He and Manningham are proving that they are sure-fire security blankets for Manning.
Smith had to listen to all the talk that he isn't anything more than a slot possession receiver—he is proving that he is much more than that.
This game marked the first time in Giants history that two receivers had 10 catches each in the same game. The ceiling for these two players continues to rise.
The meeting between these two teams always tends to be a shootout when they face off early in the year, and this game did not disappoint.
The Giants have work to do in terms of converting red zone opportunities. They have put up a goose egg in eight opportunities in the red zone in the first two games, including five tonight. If they want to succeed in the playoffs, that has to be addressed.
When the Giants got the interception after the ball flicked off of Jason Witten's heel, I felt like the Giants were destined to win. When they converted the 3rd-and-4 on the last drive after it was deflected at the line, I figured victory was a foregone conclusion.
The Giants have started the season off with two tough division wins and are looking as dominant as ever. Continued success seems imminent for our boys in blue.
