Morris Out vs. Lakers
Monday, Nov. 16
Paul Coro of AZCentral.com reported Morris is out for the second game in a row and will be replaced by Jon Leuer in the starting lineup.
Morris Injury Will Hinder Suns Offense
Morris was averaging 14.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game heading into Nov. 12. The numbers are almost on par with his stats from 2014-15, when Morris set career highs with 15.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.
Any long-term injury issue would be an anomaly for Morris, who has missed only four games in his NBA career. He's missed one contest in the last three seasons combined.
The Suns will look to Mirza Teletovic and Leuer to pick up the slack in Morris' absence.
