EPL Table: 2015 Top Scorers, Standings After Post-Week 7 Premier League Scores
The Premier League's star strikers acted like buses in Week 7 of the new campaign—after weeks of waiting for England's biggest scoring threats to find their stride, a raft of the biggest names hit form all at once.
England manager Roy Hodgson will have been particularly pleased, as international forwards Wayne Rooney, Harry Kane and Daniel Sturridge scored their first goals of the campaign, each coming out victorious to boot.
Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez was also overjoyed to get his first goals of the 2015-16 term with a hat-trick against Leicester City, signalling the late arrival of the Premier League's best and brightest.

Of course we can hope to see some of the more unassuming names excel on the scoresheets, but the goal charts may soon see some more familiar names rise through their ranks.

Alexis Sanchez's Sign of Threat to Come
Arsenal's striker conundrum has made for an entertaining side story at the Emirates Stadium this season after seeing Olivier Giroud drop out of Arsene Wenger's starting XI.
And it appears the resurgence of Sanchez may mean Giroud remains stuck to the bench following his team-mate's hat-trick in the 5-2 win against Leicester.
Fellow attacker Theo Walcott was also on the scoresheet at King Power Stadium and has backed Chilean partner Sanchez to push on and "flourish" from here, per the Mirror's Jack Lang:
"I am sure he is going to flourish now with many, many more important goals. It has been a long time coming, he knows that himself. But he is very pleased. He is a top-quality player and even when he is not scoring goals he works so hard for us. He tracks back and does a lot for the team.
"
Giroud came off the bench to score again, just as he did against Stoke City earlier in September, but fans would surely be left confused if the France international were to make his way back into the starting setup at this point.
Sanchez also recorded a small piece of European history thanks to Saturday's three-goal haul, becoming the first player to score hat-tricks in the Premier League, La Liga and Serie A, per Breathe Sport:

The result marks the first time the Gunners have managed to score more than two goals in any fixture this season, and they certainly picked their time to do it against a dangerous Leicester lineup.
Wenger and Co. can only hope Sanchez's spree was a sign of what's to come for the north Londoners, whether it be from out on the wing or drifting into a more central role.
Leicester City Lead the Way

The defeat to Arsenal saw Leicester City finally surrender their unbeaten start to the 2015-16 season, making them the last team to suffer a defeat this Premier League campaign.
And yet, despite that loss, striker Jamie Vardy had his positives to take following a brace of goals and told Sky Sports in the aftermath how eager he was to return Claudio Ranieri's side to their winning ways:
That double brings Vardy's tally up to six goals after the first seven games of the season, making him the Premier League's top scorer, while team-mate Riyad Mahrez is joint-second with five of his own.
Mahrez's startling good form has been one of the pleasant surprises of the campaign so far, and Squawka identified how the Algeria international is a provider of goals as well as a scorer:
Few might have predicted the Foxes would be fighting for a top-six place at this stage of the season, not to mention joint-top scorers in the division, with 15 goals already, an average of more than two goals per game.
Relying so heavily on Vardy and Mahrez may be picked out as something of a weakness if those two are neutralised by any enemy, but Ranieri will have no qualms in capitalising on those strengths for the time being.
