England vs. Switzerland: Score and Reaction from Euro 2016 Qualifier
Wayne Rooney became England's all-time top scorer as the Three Lions maintained their 100 per cent winning streak in the race to qualify for Euro 2016 as they saw off Switzerland 2-0 at Wembley.
Substitute Harry Kane put England ahead, while Rooney's search for his record-breaking 50th international goal finally came to fruition as he scored a late penalty, per Bleacher Report UK:
A disciplined Swiss side made the Three Lions work for their victory, but it was deserved win for Roy Hodgson's team.

England made four changes from the side that thrashed San Marino, with the likes of Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph among those coming in.
However, the home side were forced into an early change as they had to bring Ross Barkley on for Delph after the Manchester City man appeared to pull his hamstring after just three minutes.
The sides went in goalless at the break after a fairly uninspiring first half in which they shared several half-chances.
The Three Lions began with intent as Gary Cahill saw an early headed effort saved by Yann Sommer before Rooney failed to hit the target with a curling effort from the left.

James Milner arguably should have done better after some neat link-up play with Rooney put him clean through, but the Liverpool man could only direct his low effort straight at the 'keeper.
Switzerland grew into the game after their slow start with Stephan Lichtsteiner and Josip Drmic denied in the penalty area by excellent challenges from Raheem Sterling and Chris Smalling.
Joe Hart was called into action soon after as he rushed out to smother the ball in a one-on-one with Xherdan Shaqiri, but neither side showed the required penetration or incisiveness in the final third to pull ahead.
The Mail on Sunday's Oliver Holt was somewhat critical of England, who now need to work on their attacking fluency ahead of the tournament now that they've qualified:
England began the second half as they did the first, Rooney having a header saved by Sommer after some excellent work by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain down the right before driving a venomous effort right down the stopper's throat from 25 yards.
Jonjo Shelvey, who had put in a fairly assured performance in midfield, was replaced by Kane as England boss Roy Hodgson urged his team forward, and it didn't take long for the youngster to make an impact.
Luke Shaw burst down the left and from the byline found Kane in the area, completely unmarked, and the striker rifled a left-footed shot into the bottom corner for his third international goal.
Squawka Football highlighted England's exceptional goalscoring exploits so far in qualification:
England doubled their tally shortly after with a goal that will live long in the memory for captain Rooney.
Sterling was fouled after making a tricky foray into the area, and the 29-year-old duly stepped up to power home his record-breaking goal.
The BBC's Phil McNulty and Football Focus' Dan Walker were among the first to congratulate Rooney on social media:
Kane's early international form and Rooney's no longer having the pressure of the record hanging over him will be encouraging.
With Estonia and Lithuania the two remaining games for the Three Lions in Group E, England are likely to maintain their winning record right through qualifying.
The performance was hardly one to worry Europe's top dogs, though, so Hodgson will need to continue refining the team in their upcoming friendlies with Spain, France and Germany ahead of the tournament.
Post-Match Reaction
Per BBC Sport's Tom Rostance, Rooney was ecstatic after breaking Sir Bobby Charlton's record:
"It's a great feeling. I've been close for the last few games and it's a dream come true. I was bit emotional, it's a huge honour and one I am extremely proud of. I knew it was a big moment and just picked my corner and put my foot through it. To be the record scorer before the age of 30 is nothing I could have imagined.
"
According to Rostance, Hodgson was similarly delighted:
"It's an amazing achievement. We have congratulated him in the dressing room. My mind goes to Bobby Charlton too, he was one of our greatest players. I hope that he is pleased that it was Wayne that did it. You think records will never be broken but they do. Will it be broken? It doesn't concern me, it doesn't concern Wayne. The most important thing is that we keep improving out performances.
"
