Chelsea Transfer News: John Terry Admits Jose Mourinho Loyalty, Fresh Rumours
Chelsea captain John Terry has revealed the extent of his loyalty to manager Jose Mourinho and insisted he would never join another Premier League club.
The former England skipper has been with the west London club since 1995 and enjoyed great success in that time, particularly during Mourinho's two spells in charge, as he has won three Premier League titles under the Portuguese.
It seems most likely the centre-back will end his career at Stamford Bridge, especially if Mourinho remains in charge, per the Guardian's Football Weekly (h/t Alex Harris of the Daily Star): "I couldn't do that. I could never play for any Premier League club other than Chelsea. Jose's the best manager I've ever had. I'd chuck myself under a bus for him."

Terry's comments were apparently a reaction to celebrity Arsenal fan Piers Morgan's recent attempts to persuade the 34-year-old to jump ship to the Emirates Stadium:
Relations have seemingly been frayed between Mourinho and his skipper in the early stages of this season, with particular interest being taken when the 52-year-old substituted Terry for the first time in the Premier League, against Manchester City in August, per the Daily Mirror's Hamish Mackay.
Chelsea's previously impenetrable defensive unit has looked weak this season, conceding nine Premier League goals in four games while picking up just four points.
They were unable to bolster the centre of their back line in the transfer market, as they were unable to sign Everton's John Stones, per Bleacher Report's Sam Tighe:
Terry's sending off against West Bromwich Albion hardly helped matters, although the Blues' 3-2 win in that match is their only league victory of the season thus far.
It seems, though, that Terry's loyalty to Chelsea and Mourinho remains as staunch as ever, and Blues fans will hope to see a turnaround in form away at Everton on Saturday.
Loyalty also looks to have been the reason for the departure of a former Chelsea man this summer.
Left-back Filipe Luis has admitted he never let go of Atletico Madrid during his time at Stamford Bridge, with the Brazilian having made a return to Diego Simeone's side after just a season at Chelsea, per AS (via Sky Sports):
"I am really happy. I always really missed Atletico. I never managed to let go of the club. Maybe I should have gone [to London] and forgotten [them], but I didn't stop watching the matches, talking with my team-mates, sending them messages each time they scored a goal or produced a nice piece of play.
"
Ghanaian Baba Rahman was brought in to replace Luis as Cesar Azpilicueta's back-up, and the youngster may be called into action sooner rather than later.
Branislav Ivanovic has endured a surprisingly poor start to the season, and it is possible Mourinho may opt to play Azpilicueta at right-back and Rahman at left-back for Saturday's trip to Goodison Park.
