Kamario Taylor Says He Watches 'The Avengers' Every Night While Eating Dinner in New Video

The secret to Mississippi State quarterback Kamario Taylor's success might be the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Or more specifically, The Avengers.

In a video from Interlocked: In Season with Mississippi State that follows the Bulldogs throughout the season, Taylor said his dinnertime routine includes watching The Avengers every night no matter where he is.

"When I go into the team dinner tonight, I'm gonna be watching The Avengers," he said before adding "you can't" get tired of it.

Taylor has a sentimental attachment, explaining his grandfather put him onto the MCU film "a long time ago," so "I have to watch it."

It's unclear if it's the same Avengers movie every night he watches, or if he is rotating among the four currently-released films.

Whatever Taylor has been doing to prepare himself for games this season has clearly been working. The sophomore star has thrown for 832 yards, run for 178 yards and accounted for 12 touchdowns in three games. He has put himself firmly into the early-season Heisman discussion.

Mississippi State is off to a 3-0 start for the second consecutive year. This week saw the Bulldogs debut in the AP Top 25 poll at No. 24. It marks their first time being ranked since the end of the 2022 season.

Taylor will look to keep the positive vibes going on Saturday when Mississippi State hosts No. 19 Missouri.
