Jayden Daniels Excluded from LSU Video Highlighting Former Tigers in NFL After No. 5 Jersey Dispute

Washington Commanders quarterback and former LSU standout Jayden Daniels wasn't included in the Tigers' video highlighting the school's NFL players ahead of a matchup with Clemson on Saturday.

LSU alumni in the NFL who were featured in the video included Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson, Ja'Marr Chase, Malik Nabers, Will Campbell, Patrick Queen, Mansoor Delane and Garrett Nussmeier.

Daniels, who wore No. 5 at LSU, previously sent the school a cease-and-desist letter that stemmed from the decision to allow cornerback D.J. Pickett to wear the same number on his jersey this season.

Daniels only played two seasons at LSU from 2022-23, but earned Heisman Trophy honors during his second year with the team.
