
NBA Summer League Top Box Score Stats, Highlights for Lakers' Avila, Flemings, More from Day 3
The third day of the 2026 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas featured plenty of action, as 16 teams competed in the event.
Notable matchups included the Los Angeles Lakers facing the Dallas Mavericks, as Lakers rookie Robbie Avila looked to help his team improve to 2-0.
Atlanta Hawks point guard Kingston Flemings, the No. 8 overall pick in the 2026 NBA draft, is also set to battle the Brooklyn Nets.

The first matchup of the day contained a thrilling finish, as the Magic emerged victorious with the help of a late block from forward Noah Penda.
Jase Richardson, Orlando's 2025 first-round pick, put together an impressive all-around performance in the win.
Richardson finished with 15 points and six assists without committing a turnover, shooting 4-of-8 from the field and 3-of-5 from three-point territory. He also grabbed five rebounds.
Heat guard Trevor Keels, who played on a two-way contract with Miami last season, shined despite the loss.
Keels scored a game-high 32 points on 12-of-19 shooting, including 6-of-10 from three.
Orlando and Miami now own identical 1-1 records.

The Pelicans erased an 18-point deficit to defeat the Hornets, as a go-ahead three from Hunter Dickinson with just under one minute left in the fourth quarter helped New Orleans complete the comeback.
Dickinson is currently on a two-way deal with the Pelicans and finished as their leading scorer on Saturday.
He racked up 21 points, three rebounds and three assists while shooting 9-of-18 from the field. Dickinson also went 3-of-6 from three.
Liam McNeeley's performance was a silver lining for the Hornets in the defeat. After dropping 28 points on Thursday, McNeeley ended with 17 points and five assists to go along with two blocks against New Orleans.
The Hornets and Pelicans both sit at 1-1.

The 76ers took down the Pacers in overtime, as Philadelphia's Labaron Philon Jr. helped seal the win with a layup that gave his team a four-point advantage with under one minute remaining in the contest.
Philon continued his strong Summer League start after the 76ers selected him with the No. 22 overall pick in the 2026 draft.
He finished with 24 points, six assists, three rebounds and one steal in 34 minutes of action. Philon shot 9-of-22 from the field and 2-of-5 from behind the arc.
Johni Broome recorded a double-double for Philadelphia, scoring 23 points and pulling down 11 rebounds. Broome only went 1-of-7 from three, but connected on eight of his 12 two-point shot attempts.
Jalen Slawson led the Pacers with 26 points, shooting 8-of-16 from the field. Slawson also amassed five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.
Philadelphia improved to 2-0 with the win, while Indiana fell to 1-1.

Carter Bryant helped the Spurs secure a lopsided victory over the Knicks, as the 2025 first-round pick showcased his budding offensive arsenal.
Bryant ended the game with 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting, hitting both of his long-range attempts. He continued to excel defensively, recording two blocks and one steal.
New York struggled in the first half of the contest and never recovered, although Tyler Nickel showed promise once again.
The No. 47 overall pick in this year's draft scored 16 points while shooting 6-of-14 on field goals and 4-of-11 on triples.
The Spurs now sit at 1-1 through two games, as the Knicks are 0-2.
