It's safe to say the world is a different place than the last time the New York Knicks won the NBA championship.
New York clinched the title with Saturday's 94-90 victory over the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 of the 2026 NBA Finals. It marked the franchise's first championship since 1973, and a lot of things have changed in 53 years.
