San Antonio Spurs fans weren't pleased with Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals on Friday.

Home fans at the Frost Bank Center chanted "Flopper" at Gilgeous-Alexander in the third quarter of the contest.

The chant started after the two-time MVP fell onto the court due to a foul by Spurs guard Stephon Castle with just over seven minutes remaining in the third.

Gilgeous-Alexander's ability to draw fouls has drawn attention from around the league, as he ranked No. 4 in the NBA by attempting 9.0 free throws per game during the regular season. He was also averaging 9.8 free-throw attempts per game in 10 playoff contests heading into Friday's action.

Still, it's worth noting that Gilgeous-Alexander ranked No. 3 among all players in drives per game during the regular season and routinely made his way into the paint.

Yahoo Sports' Tom Haberstroh recently compared the 27-year-old's frequency that he's hit the floor on field-goal attempts in which a foul wasn't called to other stars still remaining in the playoffs including James Harden, Jalen Brunson, Donovan Mitchell and Victor Wembanyama.

Haberstroh found that Gilgeous-Alexander fell on 10.7 percent of his shot attempts that weren't called fouls in the playoffs this year, the most among the group.

He also hit the ground on 51.4 percent of his shot attempts in which he was fouled during the postseason, with Harden ranking No. 2 at 29.3 percent.

The Spurs won Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals in double overtime before the Thunder emerged victorious in Game 2 to tie the series 1-1.

As San Antonio looked to win the pivotal Game 3 clash, fans called out Gilgeous-Alexander.
