Sanders is currently preparing to enter his fourth season patrolling the sidelines with Colorado.

The Razorbacks aren't the only notable team introducing a new jersey patch in 2026, as LSUย announcedย a patch partnership with Woodside Energy on Feb. 16.

The announcement came just under a month after NCAA Division I leadersย approvedย patches for uniforms to help fund athletic departments searching for new methods to pay players.

Starting on Aug. 1, Division I teams are allowed to use up to two patches of no more than four square inches on jerseys for regular-season play.

Colorado has yet to announce a jersey patch partnership following the NCAA's approval.

The Buffaloes are looking to bounce back under Sanders in 2026, as their 3-9 finish last season represented their worst record since he became head coach. They struggled to make up for the departures of key contributors from their 2024 squad including Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders.
