Manchester United have been long linked in the gossip pages with a sensational move for Real Madrid's Gareth Bale.
Few believed it would actually happen, at least this summer, but it seems as though Red Devils manager Louis van Gaal has twice made a massive bid for the Welshman.
As per the Sun, Van Gaal twice bid over £100 million for the Real Madrid winger.
