David DeJesus to Angels for Eduar Lopez: Latest Trade Details, Reaction
The Los Angeles Angels continued to bolster their outfield on Tuesday evening, trading right-handed pitcher Eduar Lopez to the Tampa Bay Rays for outfielder David DeJesus, per the team's official Twitter account.
The DeJesus deal on Tuesday followed a trade on Monday that landed the Angels Shane Victorino from the Boston Red Sox in exchange for Josh Rutledge.
The team also acquired outfielder David Murphy from the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday in exchange for Double-A shortstop Eric Stamets, per Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, who confirmed the initial report by Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times.

Per Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times, the moves were all about depth:
Joel Sherman of the New York Post added that the team wasn't making the moves because of the recent wrist injury to Mike Trout.
DeJesus, 35, is a solid addition for the club. He's hitting .259 with five home runs and 26 RBI on the season and will give the Angels another veteran left-handed bat to rotate in the lineup. While he's not an impact starter on his own, in conjunction with Victorino and Murphy, he'll give the Angels another nice option to rotate into the lineup.
