One of the top transfers in this year's class has decided on his next school.

Former Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola is transferring to Oregon, he announced on Monday:

On3Sports' Pete Nakos and Hayes Fawcett first reported the news.

Raiola, 20, is entering his junior season and has two years of eligibility remaining. He's considered to be the No. 14 overall player and the fifth-ranked quarterback in the portal by 247Sports.

Raiola was a 5-star prospect coming out of high school and was considered to be the No. 3 quarterback in the class of 2024 by 247Sports' composite rankings. He initially committed to play for Georgia, but later decommitted from the Bulldogs and decided to play for Nebraska.

Raiola had a decent start for the Huskers, throwing for 2,819 yards, 13 touchdowns and 11 interceptions as a freshman, enough to help Nebraska reach its first bowl game since 2016.

He had a promising start to his sophomore season, recording 2,000 passing yards, 18 touchdowns and six interceptions through nine games, but he suffered a season-ending broken fibula on Nov. 1 against USC.

He'll look to have a comeback season in 2026, but he'll do it with Oregon rather than Nebraska.

The Ducks are coming off a strong fourth season under Dan Lanning. They finished the regular season 11-1 and reached the College Football Playoff for a second consecutive season, where they lost to Indiana in the semifinal.

After Oregon's College Football Playoff semifinal loss to Indiana on Friday, incumbent quarterback Dante Moore told reporters that he hadn't made a decision on his future. Last month, The Athletic's Dane Brugler said that the buzz for Moore to go No. 1 overall was "very real." That was, of course, before Moore and Oregon lost to Fernando Mendoza and the Indiana Hoosiers in the playoffs.

With Moore's status up in the air, it remains unclear as to what Raiola's role will be in 2026.
