Daniel Jeremiah Ranks Best Prospects Available on Big Board for 2025 NFL Draft Day 3
One storyline stands out above the rest as the NFL draft enters Day 3, and it's the fact that Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders, once considered a potential top-three overall choice, is still available after 102 picks over two days.
Sanders was by-and-large seen as a Round 1 prospect industry wide, with many people and organizations having him in their top 30. The B/R NFL Scouting Department notably placed Sanders at No. 23 overall (second among quarterbacks).
That's exactly where NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah had Sanders, who obviously stands as his highest-ranked prospect available on his big board heading into Day 3. Here's a look at his top 20 prospects remaining (alongside his personal rankings) going into Saturday.

Sanders isn't the only name that's recognizable to many football fans on that list. Of note, Arizona State running back Cam Skattebo checks in at No. 102 overall. Skattebo finished the year with 2,316 total yards from scrimmage and 24 touchdowns. He's a powerful machine who's difficult to take down and routinely causes nightmares for defenses, as noted en route to him leading ASU to the Big 12 title.
Ohio State edge-rusher Jack Sawyer is also still out there. He was the heart and soul of the 2024 national champions and authored one of the biggest (if not the biggest) plays of their title run with a sack, fumble recovery and then 83-yard touchdown return late in a 28-14 victory over Texas in the CFP semifinal. Sawyer was second on the team with nine sacks.
His teammate, quarterback Will Howard, is also out there for teams in need of a quarterback. The ex-Kansas State star transferred to Ohio State in 2024 and proceeded to lead OSU to a title with 35 touchdown passes and 4,010 passing yards. He saved his best for the CFP run, notably with 319 yards and three touchdowns against previously undefeated Oregon and 231 yards and two scores in the title game versus Notre Dame.
In sum, there's still plenty of talent for teams to consider for the remainder of the draft. Round 4 begins Saturday at noon ET with the Tennessee Titans on the clock and runs through Round 7. As of now, the Kansas City Chiefs will be picking "Mr. Irrelevant" with the 257th and final pick.
