La Liga Results 2015 Week 37: Tracking Final Scores, Top Scorers for Matchday 37
Barcelona wrapped up the La Liga title on Sunday, as they beat Atletico Madrid 1-0 at the Vicente Calderon Stadium.
Second-placed Real Madrid also won, prevailing 4-1 away at Espanyol, but the four-point gap to Barca with one game remaining means the Catalans are champions.
Inevitably, the league's two top scorers both found the back of the net, with Lionel Messi breaking the deadlock for Barca and Cristiano Ronaldo scoring three for Los Blancos.

Sunday Recap
All of Week 37's matches kicked off at the same time on Sunday, adding a degree of tension to the proceedings as Barca looked to wrap up the title with a win.
Luis Enrique's men were well marshaled by Atelti in the first half as the defending champions looked to hang on to their title for one more week.
Barcelona had the better of the chances in the first 45 minutes and could arguably have had a penalty, per Goal.com's Ben Hayward:
However, 0-0 at the break did not flatter the home side. Barca increased the pressure further in the second half and were rewarded in the 65th minute when Messi netted a low finish after an exchange of passes with Pedro.
Six minutes later, Neymar had a glorious chance to seal the win and the title but fired wildly over the bar after Messi had put the ball on a plate for him on the left side of the box.
Barca eventually played out for victory, though, and completed the first leg of a potential league, cup and Champions League treble in Enrique's first season at the helm.
Real did their part to try to take the title race to the final day, as they beat Espanyol in Barcelona, but it was not enough.

Carlo Ancelotti's men also had to wait until the second half for the opener, but Ronaldo fired home for 1-0 in the 59th minute. Their lead did not last long, however, as Keylor Navas—in for Iker Casillas—dawdled on the ball under pressure from Christian Stuani, who eventually eased it home, set up by Sergio Garcia.
Marcello smashed a finish to re-establish Real's lead in the 79th minute after a neat exchange of passes with Ronaldo on the right side of the penalty area.
The Portuguese international sealed the win with Real's third after terrific work from Javier Hernandez and headed home for his hat-trick minutes later, per AS:
But it was not enough, and after their elimination from the Champions League on Wednesday, Ancelotti's job is surely under threat.
It was clearly all too much for the Italian manager, per 101 Great Goals:
At the bottom of the table, Granada gave themselves every chance of survival, as they beat Real Sociedad 3-0 away from home, moving up to 16th as a result.
Deportivo La Coruna also claimed a vital three points with a 2-0 win over Levante, while Eibar drew 1-1 at Getafe and sit 18th heading to the final week of the season.
In the bid for fourth spot, Sevilla beat struggling Almeria 2-1, with Vicente Iborra netting a double. They now sit one point behind fourth-placed Valencia, who drew 1-1 with Celta de Vigo.
Los Che can still theoretically finish third on final day, but will more likely be looking behind them to Sevilla next weekend.
Athletic Bilbao produced a stunning comeback away to Elche, as they scored three goals from 80 minutes to snatch a 3-2 victory after Jonathas' first-half brace.
There is plenty still to be decided on the final day of the season, but Barca have wrapped up the title with a game to spare.
