Barclays Under-21 Premier League 2015 Table: Scores, Results, Updated Schedule
Manchester United's U21s won the 2015 Premier League Group 1 title following Chelsea's shock 1-0 loss against West Ham United on Friday, as Josh Cullen scored a spectacular winner deep in injury time, to the delight of the Red Devils.
Chelsea needed to win their last two matches and hope United would lose their final match against rivals Manchester City, but following the loss against the Hammers, the Blues can no longer catch United in the standings.
Meanwhile, Liverpool's thrilling 4-4 draw with Norwich City means they will finish no higher than second, and Middlesbrough ended their title-winning Group 2 campaign with a 3-0 win over Stoke City.

Saturday Recap
Group 2 champions Middlesbrough finished their campaign with a routine 3-0 win over Stoke City, while Southampton cruised to a 2-0 win over Manchester City.
As shared by the club's official Twitter account, Ryan Seager accounted for both goals in what was altogether an easy afternoon for the Saints:
Southampton sent out a very young squad against the struggling Citizens, who were looking to strike on the counter early. Their defensive tactics backfired, however, as Sam Gallagher was given far too much space to pick out Seager with a cross, and the forward beautifully found the back of the net.
City took control of possession from that point on but could hardly muster any chances, and Seager doubled the visitors' lead in the second half with his 21st goals of the season.
The forward was quite pleased with that mark:
Middlesbrough had little left to play for but closed out their season in style, beating Stoke City 3-0 thanks to goals from Luke Williams and Jordan Jones, who scored twice in the second half.
The club's official Twitter account congratulated the team on their fine season:
Boro's senior side is on the verge of moving to the Premier League, as they'll play Norwich City in the Championship play-off Final at Wembley Stadium, and they'll hope to emulate the U21s, who will be moving up to Group 1 next season.
Friday Recap
Chelsea dominated West Ham for 90 minutes but couldn't put the ball in the net, and when Cullen blasted the visitors in front in injury time, the Group 1 title race was decided in favour of Manchester United.
The club announced the news via Twitter:
The likes of Charly Musonda and Dominic Solanke did everything they could to salvage Chelsea's title hopes, and the latter even thought he had given the Blues the lead, only to be called back for offside, but West Ham's back four couldn't be breached Friday.
West Ham will be relegated to Group 2 but have been in excellent form the past few weeks, and no win will have tasted sweeter than the one against the Blues. Cullen put the Hammers in front in injury time with this fantastic blast:
Chelsea have to beat Norwich City to finish in second place on the final matchday, while United will go up against neighbours Manchester City with little left on the line. The Citizens have already secured their spot in Group 1 for next year, as West Ham and Fulham will be relegated to Group 2.
In Friday's other match, West Bromwich Albion beat Reading 1-0. Reading had already secured promotion to Group 1.
Tuesday Recap
Manchester United took another big step toward the Group 1 title on Tuesday, beating rivals Manchester City 4-0 thanks to goals from James Wilson, Adnan Januzaj, Ashley Fletcher and Matty Willock. The Red Devils now lead Chelsea by six points with just one match left on the schedule, while the Blues will play two more.
Wilson opened the score after just five minutes, taking advantage of a brilliant through ball from Januzaj and keeping his cool in front of goal, per Mike Keegan of MailOnline Sport:
The Citizens actually dominated possession during the first half and had a handful of good chances, but failed to convert. Tom Thorpe was a rock in United's defence, while Januzaj dazzled with his running and dribbling out wide.
At half-time, the score was 1-0, as shared by United's Twitter account:
The Red Devils came out of the dressing room in search of a second goal, but City were unwilling to give up the battle in midfield. The match became physical, with fewer chances than in the first half.
United's top stars eventually made the difference, as Januzaj made it 2-0 to all but end the match. As shared by Manchester Evening News' Samuel Luckhurst, the Belgium international cut inside and avoided two defenders before placing a shot in the bottom corner:
The Red Devils were cruising at this point, and Fletcher and Willock added late goals to put gloss on the final score.
Ashley Young was very proud of the club's younger stars:
The two sides will meet again on the final matchday, where United will need a point to win the title.
Chelsea have to win their remaining two matches and hope the Mancunians lose against City. The Blues face a difficult trip to in-form Norwich City on the final matchday, and will play West Ham United on Friday.
Monday Recap
A win for Chelsea would have seen them leapfrog United on goal difference, but the Blues suffered their first defeat in six games at the hands of Sunderland's Duncan Watmore:
The first half was a tight affair, with the Black Cats having the best of the chances, as Tom Beadling crashed a header onto the crossbar.

Seven minutes after the restart, Watmore latched onto a long ball from the goalkeeper and slotted confidently past Mitchell Beeney.
Chelsea managed a few chances late on but were unable to break through Sunderland's resilient defence. The defeat leaves the Blues three points behind the Red Devils, both with two games remaining.
In their final game of the season, Liverpool's slim hopes of winning the title were extinguished as they threw away a 3-0 lead to draw 4-4 with 10-man Norwich City.
Jordan Williams, Ryan Kent and Cameron Brannagan put the hosts three goals to the good in a classy first-half display, before a Carlton Morris goal amid a Josh Murphy hat-trick produced a memorable night for the Canaries.
Murphy, along with twin brother Jacob, caused carnage among Liverpool's fragile defence with the former ruthless in his finishing.
Though Liverpool found a fourth through Sheyi Ojo's penalty, which saw Rees Hall-Johnson harshly sent off for a handball in the area, the Reds endured a disappointing end to what had been a successful league campaign.
Elsewhere in Group 1, Southampton beat Leicester City 2-0 with strikes from Dominic Gape and Ryan Seager, his 19th goal of the season.
In Group 2, bottom-of-the-table Wolverhampton Wanderers upset the odds to beat second-placed Reading 2-1, which confirmed Middlesbrough as champions:
Elsewhere West Bromwich Albion beat Newcastle United 3-2 in a tight affair, while Arsenal enjoyed a comfortable 3-1 win away at Bolton Wanderers.
