Chelsea can win the Premier League during Week 35 of the 2014-15 season while the clubs battling relegation will also be desperate to pick up the points.
Victory at home over Crystal Palace on Sunday will ensure Jose Mourinho’s side will be crowned champions, irrespective of the results of Manchester City and Arsenal, who both play after Chelsea.
At the bottom end of the table, Leicester City could suck Newcastle United right into the relegation mix, while Hull City, Burnley and Queens Park Rangers all have tough games.

Key players
Loic Remy

The France international striker probably hasn’t played as much as he would have liked since joining Chelsea from QPR last summer, but he has made a key contribution to his club’s impending title success.
He has started only four Premier League games this season, per WhoScored.com, but he has weighed in with five goals. In his last two appearances, he scored the winners against Hull and Stoke before he missed the last three games with injury.
It is a sign of Remy’s impact that when he has played Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, per Sky Sports, doesn’t see the need to rush Diego Costa back into the team from a hamstring injury.
"It isn’t worth the risk, we don't need to rush. In this process, over the last month, if we lost a game and we didn’t want to lose a second, he would be back immediately. Because the results in the last month were always victories and a draw, we don't need to rush. We are trying to give him maximum stability for him to be stronger and stronger. Remy is fit, definitely back.
"
However, Paul Merson feels Chelsea will need more options next season.
He told Sky Sports:
"I think they need another centre-forward, that’s the main issue for me. They can’t keep relying on Diego Costa because of his injury record. Loic Remy has stepped in well but if they want to go far in all four competitions then they need more options.
"

Remy has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace at the end of the season, per Jamie Anderson of the Daily Star, and, while that would appear unlikely, he can at least show his former boss Alan Pardew that he is still a threat. Remy played for Pardew on loan at Newcastle last season.
His speed and movement will stretch the Palace defence, and Remy will be eager to grab his chance to again show Mourinho that he can be more than just an understudy to Costa.
Saido Berahino

The England Under 21 international really came to prominence when he scored West Brom’s winner in their famous victory at Manchester United last season. He returns to Old Trafford on Saturday looking to get back to form and prove he could be worth a transfer gamble in the summer.
Berahino has scored 18 goals in all competitions for West Brom this season, per WhoScored.com, but he has gone two months without finding the net now.
He has already scored once against United this season, in the 2-2 draw at the Hawthorns back in October. His goal that evening featured his best attributes as he showed pace to break clear of the United defence before composing himself to place his shot past David De Gea.

The issue Berahino has had this season has been one of consistency as he has tended to score his goals in bursts, so it could be that he is ready to end the campaign with a flourish following his recent goal drought.
Watching United’s FA Cup quarter-final against Arsenal at Old Trafford in March, per David Kent of Mail Online, sparked talk of a summer move to Louis van Gaal’s side. He needs to shine against United again on Saturday if that speculation is to prove anything more than mere rumour.
With West Brom not yet certain of safety, another impressive show of pace and composure from Berahino will likely be enough to guarantee Tony Pulis’ side another season of Premier League football.
