Premier League Week 34 Fixtures: EPL TV Schedule, Live Stream and Predictions
After overcoming the threat of Manchester United at Stamford Bridge last time out, Chelsea have another monumental task on their hands in Week 34, where they'll make the trip to face Arsenal in north London.
The Premier League leaders are sure to encounter stern resistance at the Emirates Stadium this Sunday, where defeat would see the Gunners climb back to within seven points of Jose Mourinho's men.
At the other end of the spectrum, Burnley and Leicester City face their own season-shaping tie at Turf Moor on Saturday, where three points could be enough to lift either side out of the relegation zone.

Must-Watch Matchups
Arsenal vs. Chelsea

Although some already see the Premier League crown as Chelsea property, a win over Arsenal this weekend would just about seal their triumph and establish a gap at the top too great to overcome.
Mourinho's side are 10 points clear as things stand, and according to midfield maestro Oscar, victory on Sunday could kick-start an era of Chelsea dominance, per Goal.com:
"Hopefully yes. This squad is really young and we've been playing together for a long time. We are improving as the time goes by. This is good for the players and for the club. We know each others’ movements on the pitch. We know we are very close to the title but there are some challenges ahead.
If we manage to lift this trophy and keep this level of performances we certainly will do some other good seasons like this one. Arsenal have improved a lot. They have won almost every match they played recently. So we know they are a real threat. The good think is we've been doing well and we know that we are up to any challenge.
"
With an opportunity to pull apart from their peers by 13 points, the Brazilian may not be far off the truth, but Mourinho's knack for victory has come by way of treating matters on a match-by-match basis.
Having not lost since February, Arsenal will feel this is a prime chance to break their streak of six Premier League games without a win against Chelsea, with Jamie Carragher writing for Sky Sports that more than this season's hopes are on the line:
"Arsene Wenger will know, if they want to compete and win trophies, Chelsea and Mourinho are going to be in the way so they have to start taking points off them.
You could argue that it’s not mathematically out of Arsenal’s hands if they win but his game could, from Arsenal’s point of view if they won, give them more belief for next season than actually do damage to Chelsea this season.
"
Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 12 Premier League games, but any victories to have come from the last 10 of those have all come by margins of just a single goal.
Last weekend's win over the Red Devils was another well-executed display of how the Blues can get the job done, but with Arsenal having conceded just four home league goals since the start of December, this job looks a hard one indeed.
Prediction: Arsenal 1-1 Chelsea
Southampton vs. Tottenham Hotspur

This Saturday's trip to St. Mary's brings with it mixed feelings for Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, who makes his return to former club Southampton for the first time since leaving last year.
The Saints gave Pochettino his springboard to success in English football, but the Argentinian is quoted by the official Premier League Twitter account as sharing only fond memories of his time on the south coast:
Both teams may well count their hopes of Champions League football long over. Sixth-place Spurs are seven points below Manchester City in fourth, while Ronald Koeman's side are seventh, sitting just a point below their north London opponents.
For Koeman, this Saturday's meeting could present a chance to show his St. Mary's faithful that they are in better hands under his guidance, although Match of the Day points out the Saints already know where their allegiances lie:
Leapfrogging Liverpool into fifth place is the potential prize that awaits whoever might emerge with three points intact on Saturday, but neither combatant is in superb form of late.
That being said, we've seen all season long that Southampton tend to produce their best football when playing in front of a home crowd, while Spurs' win at Newcastle United last time out was their first away win since early March.
Prediction: Southampton 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Burnley vs. Leicester City

The relegation six-pointer that should have the lips of every Premier League fan smacking in Week 34 sees Nigel Pearson's Leicester City travel to Burnley under the most tense of circumstances.
It's in these matchups that form tends to go out the window, however, replaced by the desire and emotion to survive among England's elite, with fireworks en masse being the end product.
Pearson's men are on a superb run of late, having notched three Premier League wins in succession while Sean Dyche's side sit bottom of the table, two points from safety and without a win in four.
Even with that confidence, though, the Foxes chief isn't treating Burnley with ease, per Sky Sports Audio:
One can only hope both sides lay their inhibitions to one side in pursuit of their Premier League dream, with the match in danger of being diminished by a fear of losing rather than the hunt for victory.
Prediction: Burnley 2-2 Leicester City
