EPL Results Week 33: Premier League Scores, Top Scorers and 2015 Table Tracker
Chelsea are two wins away from claiming a first Premier League title since 2010 after beating Manchester United 1-0 at Stamford Bridge. An Eden Hazard goal separated the teams, but United will rue wasting a lot of possession and stylish attacking intent.
The league's relegation race took some unusual turns in Week 33 of the season. Leicester City climbed off the bottom of the table at the expense of Burnley.
Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion's survival hopes received a major boost after the Baggies won 2-0 at Crystal Palace. The successful return to Selhurst Park for ex-Palace boss Tony Pulis all-but guarantees safety for his new team.

| 9 | David Silva | Manchester City | 11 |
The top scorers table hasn't changed much. At least, it won't until Chelsea and Manchester United settle things at Stamford Bridge in Saturday's late game.
Blues striker Diego Costa will miss the chance to earn an outright lead as the division's most prolific marksman as he continues to nurse a hamstring injury. Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane and Manchester City's talisman Sergio Aguero moved into a tie for the lead.
City Puts Pressure on Liverpool With Win Over West Ham

Sergio Aguero scored in the 36th minute and West Ham's James Collins was credited with an own goal in the 18th, as Manchester City went up early and never looked back in their 2-0 victory. Aguero's goal was his 20th of the season and allowed him to keep pace with Harry Kane atop the Premier League rankings.
It also helped push City out of their season's nadir. The club had dropped four of their last five matches (including UCL), ending their bid for a repeat championship and putting them in danger of falling out of Champions League contention. Liverpool opened the week with only a four-point deficit, which seemed well within reach heading into Sunday's action.
Aguero and Co. proved otherwise, turning in one of their best all-around performances in recent memory. City held possession for two-thirds of the match and doubled up West Ham's shot attempts (18-9).

“It was an important win because we have had a lot of criticism lately—which is part of the game—but we showed great team spirit today even though we probably should have won by more because we had so many chances," Yaya Toure said, per the club's official website. "We created a lot of opportunities but didn’t quite get it right we won and that’s what mattered most.”
With five more matches on the schedule, the pressure is now put on Liverpool to be near-perfect from here on out. City have a schedule that calls for at least three outright victories, which closes the margin for error.
At the very least, this was a critical triumph for Manuel Pellegrini, who came into the week undoubtedly fearing for his job security.
Chelsea do Just Enough
As they've done for the last three games, Chelsea did just enough to earn an invaluable three points. During the opening stages it looked like Jose Mourinho's table toppers might not have enough.
It was the Red Devils who were owning the ball. Ander Herrera, playing in a more withdrawn role, bossed possession. Afforded the time and space to move the ball, Herrera rarely wasted a pass.

His efforts were also helped by Wayne Rooney, forced into midfield due to injuries. He routinely dropped deep to come and receive the ball and pull Chelsea markers out of position.
It was Rooney who had United's best chance, scuffing a left-foot shot inches past the post. The chance was created by left-back Luke Shaw, excellent all afternoon. His pace was too much for Branislav Ivanovic.

Against the run of play, Chelsea pounced brilliantly to snatch the lead. Oscar set up Hazard with a mercurial reverse pass and the Belgian winger slid the ball between the legs of goalkeeper David de Gea.
The strike helped the Blues be more comfortable after the break. Cesc Fabregas, badly miscast as a No. 10 during the first half, dropped deeper and took the space in the middle away from United.
At the same time, centre-back Kurt Zouma, deployed in midfield in a classic Mourinho stifle tactic, began assisting Ivanovic against the rampaging Shaw. That outlet was soon closed off.
So for all of United's dominance of possession, they posed little threat to the Chelsea goal.
Mourinho's men are now just two wins from claiming the title.
Relegation Scrap has Been Broken Open
Leicester's late-season revival continued with victory over Swansea City. A Leonardo Ulloa goal helped the Foxes a potentially priceless three points.
Ulloa had been enduring a prolonged spell without finding the net, per OptaJoe:
But the powerful striker was prophetically confident of ending his drought before taking on the Swans, per the Leicester Mercury's James Sharpe.
The Foxes' firepower up front has been the key to them moving off the bottom. Ulloa, David Nugent, Jamie Vardy and Andrej Kramaric give Nigel Pearson's team enough options to grab the crucial goals they need.
Struggles in front of goal are usually what condemns teams to the drop. But Leicester at least don't need to worry about problems in attack, per OptaJoe:
But Burnley certainly do. A failure to score for a third-straight game sent Sean Dyche's team to the foot of the table.
It also didn't help that Burnley found themselves reduced to 10 men thanks to more reckless play from Ashley Barnes. OptaJoe detailed just how often Barnes has fallen foul of referees this season:
The Clarets are now almost certain to make a quick return to the Championship.
West Brom won't join them after the Baggies masterfully stifled a previously buoyant Palace. West Brom controlled the considerable threat from the flanks and left underrated midfield schemer James Morrison to run the game from the middle.
He netted the first, before Craig Gardner added to the tally. The Baggies are now in a commanding position to beat the drop.
