Long Beach Grand Prix 2015: Start Time, Lineup, TV Schedule and More
Already two races into the season, the IndyCar Series will head to the West Coast for the first time this year. The 41st Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach will be the next IndyCar race as the lengthy season rolls along.
To this point, Team Penske has annihilated the competition. All four Penske drivers reside in the top 10, with three—Juan Pablo Montoya, Helio Castroneves and Will Power—making up the top three.
James Hinchcliffe and Tony Kanaan are just behind them in the top five, but they will need a strong run in Long Beach to break up Penske. But with Power winning at Long Beach back in 2012, the team's reign might continue.
Before the green flag waves on Sunday, here's a look at the full schedule and preview of the Long Beach Grand Prix.

Preview

Of the drivers listed above in the entry list, one huge name will not be on the track.
After two strong races to start the season, Simona de Silvestro is not making her third in Long Beach. The Andretti Autosport driver reported the news Tuesday on Twitter:
"Sadly I won't be racing in Long Beach this weekend. But wish lots of luck to the whole @FollowAndretti Team!!! pic.twitter.com/afcZYNwRdO
— Simona De Silvestro (@simdesilvestro) April 14, 2015"
Currently sitting sixth in points, de Silvestro doesn't have the sponsorship to enter the third race of the year. That comes after she finished fourth in Louisiana for her first top-10 result this season.
Team owner Michael Andretti passed his thoughts along in response to a fan:
One of the most popular drivers in the series, the loss of de Silvestro is a huge blow to the sport. Tony DiZinno of NBC Sports didn't hold back when offering his take on the situation:
As for the drivers still in the race, Power seems like the most likely driver to get Penske back in Victory Lane. Just weeks after Montoya won the first race at St. Petersburg, Power comes in as one of only two drivers who have won at Long Beach, along with Takuma Sato.
Given the fact that Kanaan has cracked the top 10 twice through the first two races, he'll likely be another driver making an impact. Regardless of who pulls out the victory on Sunday, the Long Beach Grand Prix promises to be another action-packed race to set the stage for next month's Indianapolis 500.
