EPL Table: Latest Week 30 Results, Scores and 2015 Premier League Standings
The scene was set for Chelsea to skip closer towards a league championship success last week, as Manchester City fell at the feet of Burnley.
However, Jose Mourinho's side could only draw against Southampton at Stamford Bridge, ensuring an exciting finish to the EPL season.
Chelsea came up against tough opposition at Hull City on Sunday, but emerged as 3-2 victors in a match that again reminded the league leaders nothing is won just yet.

Blues Avoid Blunder to Retain Top Spot
A late Loic Remy goal saved Mourinho's blushes at the KC Stadium on Sunday as Chelsea claimed a 3-2 win over Hull to pull six points clear at the top of the Premier League.
Goals from Eden Hazard and Diego Costa put the Blues 2-0 up inside nine minutes, but Ahmed Elmohamady and Abel Hernandez netted in the 26th and 28th minutes, respectively, to draw Hull level.

First and foremost, Mourinho will be pleased to see his lineup returning to winning ways following their European exit and the 1-1 draw with Southampton.
However, as Goal.com's Peter Staunton suggests, there is work to be done at Stamford Bridge:
In that regard, the international break couldn't be better timed, giving Mourinho time to reassess and address the end-of-season run-in with his squad, who remain firm title favourites.
Hull troubled the west Londoners more than many might have presumed, but a fourth successive game without victory leaves the Tigers just three points off the bottom three.
Manchester United Rally for Anfield Triumph
Louis van Gaal's Red Devils continued their bounce back from the FA Cup exit to Arsenal with a magnificent 2-1 win over Liverpool on Sunday, departing Anfield with a smug victory over their derby opponents.
Some Manchester United players have struggled for consistent form this season, but Juan Mata struck twice to prove what an asset he can be at his best, earning the praise of Squawka's Greg Johnson:
The Spaniard scored either side of the break and figured as one of United's most impressive players, although the visitors' job was made easier thanks to the 46th-minute red card shown to Liverpool's Steven Gerrard.
Just 43 seconds after coming on as a half-time substitute, Gerrard stamped on the calf of Ander Herrera to bring an early end to his last-ever meeting with United. BBC Sport's Shamoon Hafez felt the punishment was just:
Daniel Sturridge pulled one back for the hosts following that setback, but Wayne Rooney saw a last-second penalty saved to ensure his Anfield scoring drought lingers on, per Mail Online:
Van Gaal's will be content with the three points, however, winning his first Premier League meeting at Anfield and solidifying the Red Devils' place among the top four.
Manchester City Find Form At Vital Time

After only achieving three points from their last three EPL games, per PremierLeague.com, champions Manchester City got back to winning ways with a comfortable 3-0 victory at home to West Brom.
Wilfried Bony scored his first goal for his new club after his move from Swansea City to the Etihad giants.
Further goals from Fernando and David Silva made it an easy day for Manuel Pellegrini's men, but the game was laced in controversy after referee Neil Swarbrick brandished a red card towards the wrong Baggies player, dismissing Gareth McAuley in error rather than Craig Dawson, in the second minute of play.

Sergio Aguero had a frustrating day in front of goal, with the Argentina international not being able to score after a flurry of opportunities.
But luckily for Kun, his team-mates were in better form than in recent weeks, and dispatched 10-man WBA with ease.
WhoScored.com highlighted City's statistical dominance during the contest:

The effortless swagger had returned to City's game after their Champions League exit at the hands of Barcelona, and Pellegrini's team played with an effortlessness not seen for many weeks.
BBC Match of the Day's Gary Lineker lauded the champions during their win, and spoke of the potential of the squad for next season:
"Manchester City are back to their best. Think could do really well in the Champions League next season.
— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) March 21, 2015"

City can now concentrate of the championship race after their European defeat, and it seems a weight has been lifted from their shoulders.
Bony was effective as a foil for Aguero, and Silva is now a credible goalscoring threat from deep, looking increasingly dangerous from his midfield position.
It may be too late for City in terms of retaining their title but a strong finish will set them up well for a fresh onslaught on the EPL, and will save Pellegrini his job in the short term.
In the day's other matches, Arsenal continued their fine form after a tough win at Newcastle. A double from Olivier Giroud was enough for Arsene Wenger's side to steal the points.

Tottenham Hotspur made it a tough day at the office at White Hart Lane as they edged out a plucky Leicester City.
A hat-trick by Harry Kane pushed Spurs over the line to win 4-3, keeping them in the hunt for a Champions League finish.
Swansea grabbed a very late winner in the last few minutes of their tie at Aston Villa, beating Tim Sherwood's side 1-0, and Southampton continued their fine season in winning style, defeating Burnley by 2-0 at St Mary's.
Crystal Palace all but guaranteed themselves another season in the EPL with a win at Stoke City, positioning the club comfortably in mid-table.
And in the day's late match, West Ham grabbed ninth place after causing more heartache for Sunderland, winning 1-0 at Upton Park.
