Poyet Charged, Bruce Warned by FA

Poyet has been charged with improper conduct by the FA for his role in a touchline incident with Bruce. The Tigers manager will be "reminded of his responsibilities," as reported by Sky Sports:
The FA confirmed the news via its official website:
"Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has been charged by The FA following the game against Hull City on 3 March 2015.
It is alleged that his behaviour in the 35th minute of the fixture amounted to improper conduct.
[...]
Meanwhile, Hull manager Steve Bruce has been contacted by The FA in relation to the same incident and formally reminded of his responsibilities.
"
The two were involved in a scuffle during Tuesday's Premier League match after Poyet reacted to a booking for Jack Rodwell by kicking over a drinks box and confronting Bruce.
What followed was a minor dust-up described by Bruce as "grown men acting like children," according to The Telegraph's John Percy. He claimed the Uruguayan said something he was unwilling to repeat in front of reporters:
"I think it’s right that I keep what he said to myself, but it wasn’t very pleasant.
I don’t know why I reacted like that. We all do stupid things but it was handbags. These things happen in the heat of the moment and they happen in big games.
"
Poyet's heavier punishment is likely due to the fact he initiated the incident, although photos show his Hull City counterpart certainly playing his part, as shared by this fan:
Freelance journalist Gary Foster also questioned the decision to charge just one of the duo:
It's possible the details of the referee's report may have played a part in the FA's decision. There is also the fact that the Sunderland manager was sent to the stands.
