Bennett Will Play in About Two Weeks

The Timberwolves PR team announced that Bennett will be ready to play again in about two weeks.
Bennett Doesn't Travel With Team After Injuring Ankle
Friday, Feb. 20
On Saturday it was reported by the Timberwolves PR team that Bennett will not travel with the team to Houston.
Dieng isn't a natural power forward, but the team is bereft of options for Friday's game after trading Thaddeus Young to the Brooklyn Nets for Kevin Garnett. Adreian Payne could play the 4 with Bennett out, but he accumulated a total of 19 minutes with the Atlanta Hawks before moving to the Timberwolves.
As long as he's not out for a prolonged period of time, Bennett's absence won't have much impact on the team. Minnesota currently has the worst record in the Western Conference and isn't making the playoffs this year.
The important thing is getting Bennett healthy so he can get some reps on the court and potentially learn from a legend like Garnett.
