Form Sides Face Off

Both Liverpool and Southampton are vying for a Champions League spot this term, Ronald Koeman's men currently sitting in fourth compared to the Reds' seventh.
However, a victory for Brendan Rodgers' side on Sunday at St Mary's would move them to within just one point of Southampton and into serious contention for the top four.
The recent form of both outfits in the Premier League has been excellent, Liverpool losing just one of their last 10, Saints just one of their last nine.
It should, therefore, be an even and exciting matchup with the added frisson of it being the first time Adam Lallana has returned to St Mary's since leaving in the summer, and the Englishman is not expecting a warm welcome, per the Liverpool Echo:
Steven Gerrard will be absent for the clash through injury, although that may be advantageous, as the likes of Lallana, Jordan Henderson, Joe Allen and Lazar Markovic have worked well in the midfield in recent times.
Daniel Sturridge has been in decent form since returning from injury, and his link-up play with Raheem Sterling will be essential in troubling a strong Southampton defence on the break, per Sky Sports News HQ:
Despite their strong league form, Saints have actually won just one of their last four in all competitions and need to be at their best if they are to pick up a victory on Sunday.
With so much at stake, it could be a cagey affair at St Mary's, but if either team comes out on top, they will likely be well rewarded with top-four rivals Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham all set for tough tests in Week 26.
Chelsea Edging Towards Title, Burnley Struggling

Burnley are currently sitting in the relegation zone, with 13 league games remaining this season, having not won in four matches.
However, they are just one point from safety and put in a fine performance in their 3-1 loss to the Red Devils last time out, per the Daily Mail's Ian Ladyman:
Sean Dyche's side have a mountain to climb, though, considering their next seven fixtures are all against top 10 sides, starting with Saturday's trip to Chelsea, and including trips to Anfield and St Mary's.
There is a very real chance they could be rock bottom of the Premier League by the end of such a run, and Dyche will be desperate to pick up points no matter the opponents.
But despite decent results this season against the likes of Southampton and Manchester City, Burnley are unlikely to take anything away from Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Jose Mourinho's men are marching towards the title and can extend their seven-point lead on the Sky Blues to 10 if they claim a likely victory over the Clarets, with City not playing until Saturday evening.
Having played a hard-fought match against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League in midweek, fatigue may be an issue for the Blues.
But they have more than enough quality to down Burnley, the best of the lot being Eden Hazard, whose all-round form this season has been frighteningly good, per Opta (h/t Football Funnys):

The reverse fixture back in August saw Chelsea win 3-1, and a similar outcome is likely on Saturday.
With City favourites to get their own three points at home to Newcastle this weekend, Chelsea will surely do the same and condemn Burnley to their 13th defeat of the season.
