Premier League Table: Latest 2015 EPL Standings and Predictions for Matchday 25
Midweek football makes a welcome return to the Premier League calendar in Week 25 of the 2014-15 season, where Manchester United are looking to improve upon their 1-1 draw at Upton Park on Sunday.
Just when West Ham thought they'd stolen a 1-0 win from the Red Devils, Daley Blind rose to save Louis van Gaal's blushes in a result that helped keep the top-four race as interesting as ever.
Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Liverpool remain firmly locked on the heels of United and Southampton, while Manchester City face Stoke City on Wednesday still smarting from a 1-1 draw at home to Hull City.

Must-Watch Matchups
Liverpool vs. Tottenham Hotspur
Following a 0-0 stalemate in the Merseyside derby, Liverpool will be chomping at the bit to get their top-four form back on track, but Tottenham's visit to White hart Lane puts that chase in jeopardy.
Still unbeaten in their last eight Premier League appearances, the Reds are once again showing an ability to contend for a European finish, according to ESPN's Miguel Delaney, but David Lynch of the Manchester Evening News disagrees:
"@MiguelDelaney Why? They've played like this most weeks but have a great goalkeeper and strikers. That's enough in most games.
— David Lynch (@DavidLynchMEN) February 8, 2015"
"@MiguelDelaney Liverpool haven't got enough goals/wins in them to do it IMO.
— David Lynch (@DavidLynchMEN) February 8, 2015"
Spurs, meanwhile, fared better in their own derby fixture on Saturday and took a 2-1 win against Arsenal thanks to Harry Kane's second-half brace.
Tom Collomosse of the Lindon Evening Standard displays just how the north Londoners have improved since the Europa League was taken off their workload:
Tuesday's clash against Liverpool will be the last league fixture Mauricio Pochettino's side play before taking on Fiorentina in the Europa League round of 32.
Tottenham have now won their last three Premier League games and look dangerous as long as Kane is present, but Liverpool have a returning hero of their own in Daniel Sturridge.
It's likely to be tense and tetchy at Anfield in a bout that will test Simon Mignolet's improving defensive record, but Spurs have shown their young ranks are entirely capable against the big guns.
Prediction: Liverpool 1-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Southampton vs. West Ham United

Sam Allardyce will have been distraught to see his West Ham team let a win evade their grasp against Manchester United on Sunday, with Cheikhou Kouyate's strike having seemingly steered them to victory.
However, a 1-1 draw was perhaps the fair result, with Squawka showing just how evenly matched the two outfits were on the day:
Southampton will look upon that result and feel capable of trumping the Hammers, having sealed their own late result this past weekend thanks to Sadio Mane's 93rd-minute winner at Queens Park Rangers.
Ronald Koeman's reconstructed Saints side continues to impress this season and currently sits third in the table. Goal.com's George Ankers sees January signing Eljero Elia as another impressive component:
Conceding an average of 0.67 goals per game at home this season, Southampton have been imperious at St. Mary's of late, whereas West Ham have the sixth-worst defensive record in the division away from home.
Back in their south-coast abode, Southampton should be capable of a more confident approach and be able to give their top-three status another nudge in the right direction.
Prediction: Southampton 2-1 West Ham United
Stoke City vs. Manchester City

Manchester City have never managed to win a game at the Britannia Stadium during the Premier league era, having drawn five and lost one of their last six trips to Stoke City.
This has made for an interesting fixture in recent years, with the Potters full of hope after Peter Crouch headed home a 90th-minute equaliser at Newcastle United on Sunday. The striker was quoted by Sky Sports as saying the point was fully deserved:
City, on the other hand, have looked like a team out of sorts and stumbled to a 1-1 sharing of the spoils against Steve Bruce's Hull on Saturday.
On paper, the Citizens should severely outclass Stoke, but Yaya Toure's international duties with Ivory Coast at the Africa Cup of Nations has hurt their results:
Pellegrini has also revealed that the trip to Stoke on Tuesday will be too soon for Toure to feature following Sunday's AFCON final against Ghana:
Mark Hughes' men have made it their mission to frustrate City and with Toure missing, combined with City's newfound vulnerability, Stoke can look to retain their sterling record against Pellegrini's side.
Prediction: Stoke City 1-1 Manchester City
