Premier League Week 21 Fixtures: EPL TV Schedule, Live Stream and Predictions
A tricky away trip for a resurgent Manchester City highlights the 21st gameweek of the Premier League season. If the Citizens' revival is halted by Everton at Goodison Park, Chelsea will hope to capitalise.
The Blues, who now only lead the table by virtue of alphabetical order, have a more comfortable-looking home fixture against Newcastle United. Expect an increasingly intense tussle for the title to take another thrilling turn.
Just out of the title picture, the battle for the final two top four places is about to get very interesting. Arsenal will keep a keen eye on Manchester United's clash with Southampton at Old Trafford.

The Gunners can apply plenty of pressure to both by beating Stoke City at home and earning some revenge for a spirit-crushing defeat in the Potteries back in December.

Everton vs. Manchester City
When City went to Goodison Park last May, they needed a win to take top spot off Liverpool with just two games to go. Meanwhile, the Toffees needed three points to avoid collapsing in the race for UEFA Champions League qualification and letting Arsenal snatch fourth place.
Not much has changed for City ahead of this meeting. A win by a significant margin could put Manuel Pellegrini's team top on goal difference.

However, the landscape looks a lot different for Everton. Manager Roberto Martinez has seen his team lose four in a row in the league.
Martinez was the toast of pundits last season. His daring, attacking approach was refreshing from a club challenging the league's elite.
But the Toffees haven't found goals easy to come by this season. They've scored 29 times and sit 13th in the table.
Several key players, such as striker Romelu Lukaku and attacking midfielder Ross Barkley, have failed to hit top form. The Everton boss was recently keen to defend 21-year-old Barkley, per Liverpool Echo reporter Kristian Walsh:
"Last year [he] was a young player enjoying his football, this year he is Ross Barkley, and that brings a completely different approach from the opposition.
That means it is harder to get space, it’s harder to get into positions where you can affect the game, and that’s something – when you overcome it – becomes an advantage.
"
Martinez has a point. Barkley was always going to draw a bigger crowd now more teams are aware of his obvious talent and potential.

However, it's also true that the precocious young powerhouse is sometimes a little too individualist for the collective game Martinez preaches. Barkley has just one assist this season, according to WhoScored.com.
Considering his technical guile, along with how often he's in and around the box, Barkley should create more goals. He won't find it easy to earn space against City's rugged central midfielders.
Barkley and company might even have to contend with Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko. The star strikers are both available, per City's official Twitter feed:
This game may be one too early for the prolific pair to start. But just having his star strikers available again is a massive boost to Pellegrini and something that's likely to have Martinez worried.
Despite the struggles of some key figures, there will be goals in this one. Both managers stress forward-thinking daring, so expect attacking football, along with a few issues at the back.
Arsenal vs. Stoke City
He probably won't admit it, but Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will be particularly happy if his team beats Stoke. Arsenal lost 3-2 to City at the Britannia Stadium, Wenger's least favourite venue, back in December.
It was a defeat that riled an already agitated Gunners fan base. So much so in fact that Wenger was subjected to abuse at Stoke railway station.

Wenger's troubles haven't gone away despite a decent run of form since that difficult day in the Potteries. Arsenal have won five and drawn one in all competitions. However, the one defeat in the last seven games was a 2-0 error-strewn slip at Southampton in the league.
Wenger's sixth-placed team needs league points. He'll be helped by Stoke's tame record at the Emirates Stadium.
For all the talk about how much Wenger hates his trips to Staffordshire, it's important to note the Potters haven't earned a single point in six visits to Arsenal's home.
Wenger could welcome back languid and mercurial schemer Mesut Ozil. The club's record signing has a strong chance to feature after a lengthy injury enforced absence, per Jeremy Wilson of the Telegraph. However, Wenger has indicated he hasn't made his mind up about putting Ozil straight back into action just yet, per Arsenal.com.

But Wenger's toughest call will involve goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny. He was left out of the FA Cup win over Hull City following two high-profile errors against Southampton.
That's far from unusual for Wenger. His standard practice is to play his backup 'keeper in the early rounds of cup competitions.
However, Szczesny's potential return has been clouded in uncertainty following controversial comments from the player's father.
Maciej Szczesny called the defence in front of his son "embarrassing" during an interview with Polish publication Przegladu Sportowego (h/t Eurosport). He also compared centre-back Per Mertesacker to a "rhinoceros."
That unflattering description is likely to cause some awkward moments behind the scenes at Arsenal, if not outright tension between Szczesny and his defenders.
Wenger may let summer signing David Ospina continue between the sticks while he addresses the problem out of a media glare.
No matter the situation in goal, Arsenal will be too quick and fluid for Stoke to resist for 90 minutes.
Week 21 promises to be hugely significant for the top half of the table. Chelsea could reassert their dominance in the title race, given the difficulty of City's fixture.
But if the reigning champions earn another win, it will dent the current league leaders's confidence. The Citizens would then establish themselves as favourites.
