
Texas A&M Staff Member Whacks West Virginia Player in the Helmet During Game
The 2014 AutoZone Liberty Bowl has been so chippy that even staff members are getting in on the act.
Late in the first half, a Texas A&M staff member gave West Virginia cornerback Daryl Worley a shot to the helmet that didn't appear to be accidental.Ā

Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin has dismissed the offender, student assistant Mike Richardson, from the program, per the Houston Chronicle'sBrent Zwerneman:

Worley also added more on the situation:
"to the A&M coach, assistant, trainer whatever you wanna call yaself that punched me in the head.. just know ima see you again in life!

Oddly enough, the Texas A&M sideline was involved in another incident earlier in the game.
On the plus side, the Mountaineers won't have to worry about Richardson in the second half:
