Arsenal vs. Newcastle: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview
Arsenal are on red alert for Saturday evening's encounter against Newcastle United, with Alan Pardew's men still riding high from their defeat of Chelsea last weekend.
The Magpies came under heavy fire at St. James' Park but managed to claim a 2-1 victory against the league leaders and are seeking a second scalp in as many weeks.
Arsene Wenger will be all too aware of the threat Saturday's guests pose, but a 4-1 win over Galatasaray on Tuesday gives the Gunners their own cause for comfort.

Arsene Wenger out to Impress Once Again

Wenger has made something of a habit in managing to claim results at Arsenal just when those calling for his head can be heard loudest, with recent victories over Borussia Dortmund, Southampton and Gala doing just that.
Consistency will be key to his north London survival, and the pressure is on for the Gunners to weave their way past Newcastle without so much as a bump. Anything else will only fuel the fires which would see him depart.
Ex-Arsenal striker Ian Wright spoke through his Twitter account on Thursday to voice his concerns with the Wenger administration, noting the missed chance to sign Cesc Fabregas this past summer as a major attribute:
The 3-2 defeat at Stoke City last weekend was yet another example of Arsenal's momentum coming undone, and Pardew's side will seek to inflict back-to-back defeats on the Gunners in league competition.
Sitting level on points, Newcastle can even take a major step in the hunt for European football and move above Arsenal with three points, applying an even greater weight on Wenger to take the spoils.
Defensive Depth Still Causing Emirates Concern

It's been the story of Arsenal's 2014-15 campaign—defensive absences will continue to play a role in their fortunes this weekend, with a number of key players set to miss out.
Sky Sports reported this week that Laurent Koscielny will not yet make his return from an Achilles injury, while makeshift centre-back Nacho Monreal is also absent. Wenger is quoted as saying:
"Our main problems are still defensively because Koscielny looks like he will not be quite ready, Monreal is not back and Chambers is suspended."
Wenger was forced to admit his side's frailties at the back following the loss at the Britannia, per Match of the Day:
As Sky Sports states, teenager Isaac Hayden is one option, but has only just returned to light training after serious injury himself, while Mathieu Debuchy could be looked upon to fill the central void.
Whomever Per Mertesacker calls his partner come Saturday, the likes of Papiss Demba Cisse—who bagged a brace against Chelsea—and Ayoze Perez will be out to pounce on any signs of weakness.
