Tottenham vs. Partizan Belgrade: Date, Time, Live Stream, TV Info and Preview
Tottenham play host to Partizan Belgrade on Thursday in what will be their last home fixture of this season's Europa League group stage, where a win will be enough to seal their progress in the competition.
As things stand in Group C, Mauricio Pochettino's men sit level on points and goal difference with Besiktas at the pool's summit. However, Thursday's fixture will have a great bearing on whether they finish top or are forced to settle for the runners-up spot.
In preparation for a climactic encounter in Turkey next month, Spurs have to take advantage of this week's meeting with Serbian opposition, with Partizan currently wallowing at the bottom of the pile.

Spurs Banking on Further Improvements

A 2-1 win over Hull City on Sunday has put Tottenham back in the top half of the Premier League, giving the north Londoners their fourth win in five games across all competitions.
Meanwhile, Partizan are six points clear at the top of the Serbian Super Lig and en route to claiming their seventh league title in eight years, but have been severely outclassed in this season's European campaign.

While this Premier League term hasn't been the success Spurs fans will have hoped for under Pochettino, an unbeaten Europa League run has lately been aided by two successive wins against Asteras Tripoli.
In hindsight, their 0-0 draw in Belgrade two months ago perhaps wasn't a good enough result. And, having won only two home matches in the league this season, Pochettino is aware of where his team needs to improve, per the official Premier League website:
"We need to find the solution at home. We need to start getting victories at White Hart Lane. It is a big question for us."
A 5-1 win over Asteras in October showed that it can be done, but Tottenham now face a home clash with even more on the line, and the manager will pray the upward momentum of late can continue.
Key Battle
Harry Kane vs. Lazar Cirkovic

In the midst of their search for a consistent scoring totem, Spurs have come upon encouraging success with Harry Kane as their leading man, especially in the Europa League.
The club's 21-year-old academy graduate was on the mark for his side in Sunday's 2-1 defeat of Hull to maintain his rise in form. Squawka illustrates an impressive accuracy from the youngster:
On Thursday, Kane will come up against another aspiring starlet in the shape of Lazar Cirkovic, Partizan's 22-year-old centre-back who has this season featured as prominently as any other member of his squad.
The defender has missed only 21 minutes of the club's Europa League season but faces a difficult challenge in restraining Kane, who has five goals in Spurs' last five Europa League outings.
The English attacker has surprised in becoming Pochettino's most reliable asset up front, and his success alone could determine whether Tottenham are able to take top spot in Group C this week.
