Arsenal vs. Hull City
Arsenal have been a juggernaut of late, and the only loss of their last six games, a 1-0 defeat away at Manchester United, seems like nothing more than a blip on the radar these days.
The Premier League leaders did what the Red Devils couldn't in triumphing at Cardiff City this past weekend, and it's the challenge of another promoted party, Hull City, that's next on the agenda.
The Tigers have been in decent form at the KC Stadium this term but have been a different team when in unfamiliar territory, conceding 13 goals away from home, the joint-third highest in the division.
Meanwhile, Arsenal haven't dropped a single point at the Emirates since losing to Aston Villa in North London on the opening day of the season and aren't likely to be stopped this week.
Prediction: Arsenal 3-0 Hull City
Liverpool vs. Norwich City
Liverpool's return to Anfield this week comes on the back of three consecutive home victories for Brendan Rodgers' side, who look like a daunting power when playing in front of a home crowd.
The Reds have also scored 11 goals in those last three home games, conceding just the two, making for an uphill Norwich City struggle on Wednesday.
The Canaries, on the other hand, have been dismal when playing outside Carrow Road this season, conceding an average of 2.67 goals per away game and likely to fall victim to one of the Premier League's best attacks this week.
Prediction: Liverpool 2-0 Norwich City
Sunderland vs. Chelsea
The Stadium of Light has been a small area of consolation for Sunderland so far this season, despite the fact that Gus Poyet's men managed to scrape a 0-0 draw away at Aston Villa this past weekend.
However, even their Northeast haven won't protect Sunderland from the strength of Chelsea this week, who will be wise to the threat of the Wearsiders just a few weeks after watching them beat Manchester City.
A lack of defensive stability is proving to be the crucial point of weakness for Sunderland so far, and while their new manager might be helping them evolve, it's unlikely they'll make the necessary improvements before this week.
Prediction Sunderland 1-2 Chelsea
