College Football Uniform Watch for Week 14
It's Week 14 in the 2013-14 college football season, it's Thanksgiving weekend and it's time for another edition of uniform watch.
Northern Illinois and Western Michigan both rocked some interesting jerseys in their matchup earlier this week, Arizona is set to don some copper helmets, Missouri is going to rock all black in their game with Texas A&M and much more.
Northern Illinois vs. Western Michigan
The Northern Illinois Huskies completed an undefeated regular season with a 33-14 win over the Western Michigan Broncos on Tuesday night. But the battle of who wore better jerseys was a lot closer.
The Huskies donned an all-black getup with a chrome tint. Check it out below.
As for the Broncos, they had white tops and gray bottoms tinted with gold. They also had the saying "row the boat" on the back of their jerseys, while NIU had "the hard way" on the back of its tops.
Mississippi State's 'Hail State' Uniforms
The Mississippi State Bulldogs sure looked stylin' in their 17-10 overtime Egg Bowl win over the Ole Miss Rebels. The Bulldogs rocked maroon tops that said "Hail State" and a chrome gold helmet.
Arizona's Copper Helmets
The Arizona Wildcats are rocking some copper helmets in their matchup with in-state rival Arizona State this weekend. Per Phil Hecken, the team wore the helmets in practice.
Mizzou vs. Texas A&M
The Missouri Tigers aren't hiding what their uniforms will be in their highly anticipated matchup with the Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday. They'll be going all black in their attempt to seal up a spot in the SEC title game.
But what's far more interesting is what Texas A&M will be rocking. There is little coming from the Aggie camp as to the specifics of these tweets. But rest assured, they should be very interesting as this is going to be one of college football's biggest games of the year.
