NBA TV to Bring Back 'Inside Stuff' with Legend Grant Hill as Co-Host
Grant Hill is officially making his comeback. But instead of returning to the hardwood, he'll be rejoining the NBA family as a co-host on the league's resurrected version of "NBA Inside Stuff," a beloved weekend staple that aired from 1990-2005.
This is great news for Hill, whose polish and charm were bound to quickly lead to a TV gig. It's also a boon for fans who grew up watching the weekly roundup of highlights and interviews. Back in the day, you always knew that when Saturday morning cartoons were over, a little kid-friendly NBA action was just around the corner.

Mitchell Quote on Knick Fans 👀

Knicks Haven't Lost in a Month 🤷♂️
The nostalgia is coming on pretty strong right now.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Ahmad Rashad will be involved this time around. The former host and liberal user of the term "main man"—seriously, everyone was his main man—isn't reported to be part of the reboot. That's nothing to get too broken up about, though, as Hill will certainly be a capable host.
But who's going to wear the ridiculous biker shorts and tank tops?
And who'll watch as Shaquille O'Neal nearly ends his career during an ill-advised game of one-on-one?
Maybe Ahmad can make a cameo at some point, although I doubt we'll see any recreations of potentially career-ending dunks for budding NBA superstars.
At the very least, Hill should probably break out some of his best 90s gear. You know, just to ease the transition.
And come to think of it, Hill has experience with iconic dunk attempts that misfire. Everyone remembers this one, right?
It's not always a great idea to bring back classics. Sometimes, the results are disappointing. But the return of "Inside Stuff" can only be viewed as a good thing. This is one throwback everybody can get behind.
