Everton vs. Valencia: Date, Time, TV Info and More
Everton and Valencia will take the Sun Life Stadium pitch on Tuesday to determine the fifth-place finisher in the International Champions Cup.
Both teams split their first two matches in the tournament. Everton defeated Juventus in the opener on penalties after the two were tied, 1-1. That led to a 2-1 defeat to Real Madrid.
Valencia is fresh off of a 4-0 thrashing of Inter. That match was a nice sign of life after they fell to AC Milan, 2-1, in the opener.
Check out the vitals for this tilt, and then I'll take a look at the biggest questions facing these these two teams.

Key Storyline for Everton
Can Jelavic Regain His Touch?
Nikica Jelavic entered last season with big expectations that he didn't live up to during the season. After landing with Everton in early 2012, he netted nine goals for his new club in just 13 appearances.
However, that ended up besting the seven goals he scored in 37 appearances last year.
Obviously, Everton would love for the 27-year-old to regain the touch that made him an instant hit upon his arrival.
If the early results are any indication, Everton is going to get their wish.
Jelavic has netted three goals already this preseason. That includes netting Everton's lone goal against Real Madrid. He will try to keep this play building towards the season.
Key Storyline for Valencia
Will Valencia Survive without Soldado?
As The Independent's Paul Hirst reports, Valencia have lost Roberto Soldado to Tottenham in a €30 million deal. This is going to be a big blow to the Valencia attack, but blow may not be fatal.
Valencia have to replace the 30 goals in 46 appearances that Soldado provided last year. This wasn't a problem Valencia's last time on the pitch, as they netted four scores against a listless Inter squad. Jonathan Viera netted two goals, Jonas another and Ever Banega netted the first on a blast from distance.
In that match, Valencia fired 14 shots with 10 of those on target. They accomplished that by controlling 63 percent of the possession time. While It was a polished performance for this early in their preparations, it came against a sorry effort from Inter.
There is no doubt this match will provide a much stiffer test.
Prediction: Everton 3, Valencia 1
Everton has impressed me over the first two matches of this tournament, as they have been opportunistic and crisp.
Meanwhile, Valencia's sterling performance last match was a bit of a mirage. They will be knocked back to earth in this tilt.
