Javier Hernandez Would Benefit Immensely from Potential Transfer to Spain
With Sir Alex Ferguson and Manchester United seemingly becoming more and more interested in acquiring Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao, Javier Hernandez could soon be benefiting from a change in scenery.
According to the Daily Mail's Chris Wheeler, there is the potential Chicharito could be headed south in exchange for Falcao:
"...it is understood that United have now joined the bidding for the 27-year-old Colombian and are prepared to let Javier Hernandez move to Madrid as part of the deal. The Premier League leaders are ready to meet the £47 million buyout clause in Falcao's contract by offering the Spaniards £27 million cash plus Hernandez who they value at £20 million.

Falcao has netted a remarkable 22 goals for Atletico in 27 Spanish La Liga starts this season and would make an already deadly United attack that much more fearsome. United lead the Premier League with 71 goals scored in 31 matches in 2012-13.
Meanwhile, Hernandez has been a key contributor for the English Premier League-leading Red Devils already this season, scoring eight goals in 16 EPL appearances. Unfortunately, his strong play will continue to be overshadowed by the presence of superstar forwards Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie so long as he remains at Old Trafford.
In Madrid, though, Hernandez would immediately become the leading goal scorer for the Red and Whites in Falcao's absence.
The 24-year-old Mexican striker has developed into a lethal scorer on the international stage for El Tri and has both the physical talent and potential to become the No. 1 offensive option for a well-known club like Atletico Madrid.
Chicharito would take on a new role in Spain, where he would have added responsibility but also a greater opportunity to become a superstar.
He would no longer be forced to play in the shadows of Rooney, van Persie or even Falcao.
Hernandez has picked up some valuable experience playing in the Premier League alongside such world class talents, but unless he is given the space and opportunities to showcase and continue developing his confidence and attacking talents, he'll likely never be more than a super sub.
That's why a change of scenery, a fresh start in Spain, would benefit Hernandez. He's a younger player who has still yet to reach his prime, and being thrust into a superstar role for the first time since his days at Guadalajara would be the best thing for him and his game at this point in his career.
