There is no details on release date or the cost of the latest shoes, but they speak volumes of the level of swagger the franchise is about to garner.

Here is a first look at some shoes that are pure winners.

Wow Factor: 8 out of 10

These sneakers are dripping with "look at me" sensibilities. They have the glimmer off the upper leather with just the right amount of color on the heel.

The best part is the tongue that feature that new logo, showing off team pride without being hackneyed or overt.

Too often, team-based sneakers can error on the side of loud and obnoxious, but not these. The sneakers from Gourmet are reserved while still shouting out with tremendous "wow" factor.

Design: 9 out of 10

Yup, I love the design.

The leather is just shiny enough to lend a dressy look, but the real winner is the design on the heel. Many are knocking the black and white colorway of the logo, but that just allows for highlights like these to be used.

There is nothing boring about this colorway. Instead, it's stout and completely clean, making the shoes that you have to have if you love the Nets and cool sneakers.

Overall Swag Grade: 8.5 out of 10

These are winners, plain and simple.

This is just the tip of the iceberg of what can be done with simple black-and-white colors and a logo that is but the letter B overlaid on a basketball.

Reserved can be a great thing, as proved by these sleek sneakers.
