NFL Playoff Predictions: Which Divisional Playoff Games Could Be Shootouts?
Shootouts were more prevalent in the 2011 NFL regular season than ever before.
With Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady back on the field, something tells me we'll be in for more of them this weekend.
Let's look at which divisional games have the potential to be high-scoring affairs.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Denver Broncos at New England Patriots
No, I'm not anointing the Broncos as a premier offensive unit. But something has to be said for the way Tim Tebow and, more importantly, how Demaryius Thomas played against the Pittsburgh Steelers' top-ranked defense on Sunday.
At 6'3'' and 235 pounds, the former first-round selection out of Georgia Tech will be a matchup nightmare for any of the Patriots cornerbacks.
With the threat of the big play in the passing game, Denver's running game should return to form this weekend.
Remember, the Broncos ran for 252 yards in their first meeting.
We all know what Tom Brady and New England's offense is capable of.
They dropped 41 points on the Broncos in their Week 15 win and No. 12 threw for 320 yards on 23 completions with two touchdowns and no interceptions.
Denver will be without safety and defensive leader Brian Dawkins.
Expect another shootout in Gillette on Saturday night.
New York Giants at Green Bay Packers
These teams combined for 73 points and 896 yards in their regular-season meeting.
What's to say something similar won't happen again?
The Giants are playing their best football of the season and Eli Manning has six touchdown passes and no interceptions in his last two outings.
Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs rushed for a total of 155 yards in the team's 24-2 beatdown of the Atlanta Falcons in the opening round.
Greg Jennings returns from a knee injury for the Packers, which bodes well for an already dynamic Green Bay passing attack.
A well-rested Packers club should be ready to explode on their home turf on Sunday.
Two Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks and two ultra-talented receiving corps should lead to another high-scoring battle between these clubs.
