Under Armour All-American Game 2012: Most Impressive Players in Practice

Ryan RudnanskyJun 6, 2018

Top recruits are getting set for the 2012 Under Armour All-American Game by practicing up a storm at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla.

Even before the game is played, we already have a sense of who could star and surprise on Jan. 5.

Here are three players who have been talked about a lot so far.

Isaac Seumalo, G, Oregon State

Several players have praised guard Isaac Seumalo—including Florida State's top defensive end commit Mario Edwards, Jr.

Said Edwards, via Scout.com: "The toughest is Isaac Seumalo...He knows how to sit back and judge our hands and how to sit on it, so we have to counter and do all of those things."

Seumalo stands at 6'3" 275 pounds. He has a quick step, speed and eye-opening power. He has the tools to be a star in college.

Brandon Greene, OT, Alabama

Alabama commit Brandon Greene is a 4-star recruit and is bound to help the Crimson Tide offense moving forward. He's listed at 6'6", 295 pounds, and has impressed since day one.

Greene's footwork and athleticism make him special for his size, and Florida State's defensive end commit Dante Fowler has talked him up.

Mario Edwards Jr., DE, Florida State

At 6'3", 290 pounds, Mario Edwards Jr. should be a defensive tackle, but his power and burst make him a scary defensive end prospect.

Edwards is rated as the No. 2 defensive end in the country by Scout.com, and his ability to close in on the run should make him a favorite at FSU.

Florida State may have had a disappointing season, but there is still plenty of promise on the horizon.
