National Signing Day 2023: Announcement Schedule, Predictions and More
The final stretch of the 2023 college football recruiting cycle is nearing its conclusion with February's traditional signing day.
Although players are not required to submit a letter of intent on Wednesday, prospects who don't sign in December usually send in their paperwork when this signing period arrives.
Granted, in the case of Jaden Rashada, the 4-star quarterback signed with Florida but requested his release after a name, image and likeness deal was not executed as promised. He's among the highest-ranked options available, which includes two 5-star talents.
Not all announcement times are available, but ahead we have top prospects, known commitment schedules and predictions.
Top Uncommitted Prospects
1 of 3Duce Robinson, TE
Ranking: No. 17 overall
Considering: Alabama, Georgia, Oregon, Texas, USC
1 Thing to Know: Robinson is also a standout baseball player who could be selected in the MLB draft. He attended a workout for the Los Angeles Dodgers in mid-January, according to Grace Raynor of The Athletic.
Nyckoles Harbor, ATH
Ranking: No. 19
Considering: Maryland, Michigan, Oregon, South Carolina
1 Thing to Know: Another multisport athlete, Harbor is expected to run track at his college destination. Oregon boasts arguably the best track and field facilities in the nation, so the Ducks shouldn't be counted out despite being a late arrival to his recruitment.
Jaden Rashada, QB
Ranking: No. 82
Considering: Arizona State, Cal, Colorado, TCU, Washington
1 Thing to Know: After committing to Miami in June, Rashada flipped to Florida in November. The mishandled NIL deal resulted in UF losing Rashada, whose new timeline is unknown, as of this writing.

Predictions
3 of 3Robinson and Harbor are the definite headliners, and a pair of East Coast schools might be receiving some great news.
Georgia is an ideal location for Robinson, given the departure of Darnell Washington and the looming exit of top 2024 NFL draft prospect Brock Bowers. Harbor, meanwhile, has long been connected to Maryland, which has a not-so-quiet advantage of track coach Andrew Valmon being a two-time Olympic gold medalist.
Rashada might not announce his college destination on Wednesday. Arizona State, though, desperately needs a quarterback, brought him in for a visit and just so happens to be where his father, Harlen, played.
Oregon and USC seem to have emerged as the main threats for Pleasant within his five finalists. But a potential late visit to Oregon fell through, leaving USC as the front-runner.
Maryland is also a finalist for the Harris twins, who backed off UCF pledges in December. However, a late-January visit to UCF could return them to the in-state program's class.
